Ranch insurance is fantastic! After I received a notice of nonrenewal from my current agency(and after they never returned my phone call), I reached out to Lucy at Ranch insurance and she wrote up a new policy for me quickly!! They are so helpful and efficient!! She ended up finding me a more cost saving policy! Ranch is the best!

Victoria Kershner is amazing. She assisted me with updates to my policy after installing a new roof. When my current company did not lower my rate significantly, she found a new company with a premium less than half of what I was paying. Her communication through the entire process was impeccable and I never had to reach out for help, she anticipated what I needed and reached out first. She is a superstar!!!

I recently lost my homeowner's insurance due to a flood payout and was scrambling to find new insurance when I happened upon Ranch Insurance Services. I was lucky enough to be connected with Victoria Kershner who is an Account Manager there.
I cannot say enough outstanding things about Victoria. She helped me through the entire process. Was ALWAYS available and ALWAYS answered my calls/emails promptly. She gave me the absolute best opportunity to get insurance that I probably wouldn't have normally gotten and because of her guidance and due diligence, I was able to secure great insurance in a very timely manner. She is personable, professional and just outstanding at her job. I just can't say enough nice things about her and Ranch Insurance. I was lucky enough to find her and Ranch Insurance is very lucky to have her in their company.

I don't know anyone who hasn't experienced a recent raise in insurance rates. So you can imagine how happy I was when Ranch Insurance was able to save me almost $1000 a year on my auto insurance.
Amy is knowledgeable, responsive and easy to deal with. Switching providers was surprisingly easy. I highly suggest giving her a call.

I highly recommend Victoria Kershner for your insurance needs. My current insurance provider gave notice of cancellation of my home insurance on the upcoming renewal date. I had a bundled package for home, auto and umbrella. She rebid the entire package and had quotes late afternoon the same day. The new package was at a savings as well. Victoria was extremely professional, provided great follow-up, was very detailed and a pleasure to work with to help resolve my policy cancellation.
