If I could give this man zero stars, I would. Hiring him was one of the worst decisions my family has ever made. We trusted him with our taxes during an extremely important time—we were preparing to buy a home. He demanded upfront payment, which we provided in good faith, only to discover later that he never even filed our taxes.
Throughout the process, we repeatedly emailed him to confirm that everything was handled. Each time, he reassured us with a casual “yes, it’s sent out.” That was a blatant lie. Nothing was filed, nothing was completed, and as a result, we were left blindsided and scrambling to pick up the pieces at the worst possible moment.
The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic work ethic is beyond appalling. This isn’t just poor service—it’s deliberate negligence and dishonesty. He had no problem taking our money but provided absolutely nothing in return.
The stress, delays, and hardship this man caused our family cannot be overstated. We are a young family simply trying to build a future, and he took advantage of that trust. Instead of receiving the service we paid for, we were left with lies, wasted money, and the burden of fixing everything ourselves.
Please, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this individual. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid him at all costs. His actions are deceitful, his ethics are nonexistent, and his incompetence is downright destructive.
