We ordered an ICON I-40 during the promotional sale at Costco in mid-2023. Overall we've been satisfied with the cart until late 2024 when the dashboard display unit malfunctioned. Jim responded with a potential remedy over the phone but unfortunately it wasn't successful. He quickly had Seth come to our house and it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced which Seth completed right there and then. At the end of 2024/beginning of 2025 the cart was experiencing acceleration problems and Jim arranged to have the cart picked up. It was quickly diagnosed as defective batteries which needed to be replaced. While it appears that ICON dragged their feet for over two weeks on approving the warranty repair and providing the replacement batteries Jim was finally able to get everything approved and the batteries replaced. The only downside is the cart will require a thorough detailing (muddy wheels and water/rain spotted) even though it was specified on the work order that the cart would be stored indoors. That aside both Razor and Jim did an extraordinary job getting both problems resolved promptly and the cart back in perfect working order. That's what's truly important. Many thanks to Jim and his team!

Purchased a 2024 Denago 4 seat from facing golf cart. Had a few small issues and they were all resolved immediately. I would highly recommend using Razor Golf Carts for your full service golf cart supplier. I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness, pricing and quality of the cart and the team at Razor.

Just had to write a review commending Razor Golf Carts on their exceptional customer service in the midst of a major sales rush. Their recent instore holiday promotion with Costco generated a lot of attention, and apparently, brisk golf cart sales. I was one of the customers who checked out their golf cart display at Costco, spoke with Robert McLean, did some research, and returned to order an ICON golf cart. Somehow, they were able to deliver the cart to my home before Christmas despite the mad rush they were experiencing! I was very pleased with the quality of the cart and the discounted price offered during the promotion. There was a minor issue affecting one of the cart's headlights that I brought to Robert's attention. He quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone and arranged for the cart to be picked up from my home, fixed, and returned to me the same day! Now that's customer service! Hats off to Robert, Jim at the Razor shop, and Seth the delivery guy for making it possible for me to give my visiting grandkids a fun time touring my community in a very cool golf cart this holiday season.

We purchased our EPIC E60 cart in MAY 2023 from Robert at RAZOR GOLF CARTS (Bradenton). From the Sale, to Delivery and then the Florida title/registration (for street legal) their service has been top notch A+. Their communication has been great and the cart was perfect on delivery. A KEY aspect however is the after delivery service. In SEP 2023 our front right disc brake developed a scraping noise when making turns. A single message to Razor Carts got the repair process in motion. Four days later they had the parts and offered to come to my house to repair the brakes on site! The service tech arrived and in one hour had replaced both front wheel assemblies (spindles, rotors, calipers, pads). It' is great to see EPIC replace all parts instead of trying to diagnose one part or another as the potential cause. The technician was friendly and extremely efficient. Our cart is now back like new again. A++++ on the technician and the overall service and turnaround! We couldn't ask for better after delivery service.

Quoted me a $370.00 for changing 2 tires, that I brought in to them. Boy am I glad I shoped around! I saved over $200.00 going somewhere else. Don't get work done here.

Couldn’t be happier with Razor Golf Carts. Met Robert at the Miami Boat show and was impressed with his attention to detail. 5 days later, I took this beauty home from their shop in Bradenton. Jim helped with getting the cart licensed for street use and the whole team were great to deal with. From the shop to the front office the whole team took their time to ensure I was happy with the purchase. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Scheduled service on a Yamaha golf cart to have the batteries replaced and the headlights checked for a wiring issue. After several weeks, I called to check on the progress and they couldn't find the service ticket. I called again and they said that they were very busy but should be able to start work in a week.After a month, I called again and I was told that the brakes (which worked perfectly before) no longer functioned. The technician was searching for a fix and would get back to me. On a positive note, they replaced the batteries.Another 2 weeks passed and I called again. The technician researched the brake issue and claimed that the entire rear end needed to be replaced but the parts were not available and if they were, the repair would be $1500+. I asked them to return the golf cart and payed for the batteries and electrical service.When they returned the cart, not only were the brakes out but the fasteners holding the head lights and tail lights were loose and the lights were falling out.Follow up: I called Capital Carts to help. They picked up the cart on a Friday and returned it the following Monday with secured lights and working brakes, which only required an adjustment, not a rear transaxle. Live and learn!

We just ordered an Icon I40 F from Tony today. Super nice guy. Knowledgeable, spends as much time as needed and answers any and all questions, and zero sales pressure for cart or add on accessories. Anticipate delivery in 2 short weeks, even with Christmas holidays next week. Highly recommend!
