Worst bank ever. I am currently traveling and they have closed both my business and personal accounts due to a fraudulent check from a customer. They couldn’t just void the check and keep my accounts open. I now have no way to use my Visa cards all the way across the world and pay for anything. They won’t even let my parent open up an account for me temporarily. Worst bank in Bradenton!

If you joined Regions because you thought they were different, keep this in mind: Regions just sent an email to its customers notifying them that they are reducing or eliminating certain overdraft fees. This is because customers and agencies have sued the bank and this "courtesy" was actually part of a settlement offer. Banks like Regions will reorganize your transactions in order to maximize how many overdraft fees you pay. Regions also makes close to half a billion dollars on overdraft fees alone.

Want to say that I met a very nice guy I think "Bobby" I asked if they had any of the lil green balls left,for my newly adopted cat,he looked all over for me. None left, he did however have me,ceecee my cat,a golf ball. So sweet of him. Ohhhh and helped me remember how to fill out a money order too. It made me smile?. I hope I have the right name of the "handsome" gentleman.

My checking account debit card was hacked by some gamers. Regions sent me an email notification of suspicious activity. I immediatelyely shut down my card thanks to regions. I realized over $250.00 was stolen from my checking account. Regions bank gave me a case number to investigate and within a week put all the money back in to my account and sent me a new card. Regions Bank is wonderful. I have had them as my bank for many years and could not be happier. Thank you Manatee Avenue branch. You guys rock!!!!!

I will say that I was very displeased with the Regions solution Center. It's forced me to go to an actual location where a bank was located in Sarasota, Fl to get some expert advice to contact the branch manager of my particular Bank where I opened up my account. Anthony, which I wish I would have asked him for his last name is the branch manager of the location where I opened up my account in Bradenton Florida located off of Manatee Avenue. He was absolutely amazing and I was totally Blown Away of how fast he handled the situation and took care of me and my problem better than any bank has ever taken care of me in my life. Anthony made my whole opinion about Regions Bank so much better. I feel very confident in having Regions Bank as my bank with Anthony as the branch manager of that location. Now on I will make sure that I deal with my bank particularly when it comes two issues. Unfortunately calling the 1-800 number has been a major letdown any major disappointment. Thank you Anthony for being so wonderful and I will see you one day at the branch. Thank you

People are nice enough but don't seem to have any idea what they are doing as they have made multiple mistakes on simple banking transactions that have costed me time and money. And while all of the mistakes have happened at this branch, which I think says something about the management and training practices, the customer service department has been less than helpful on all occasions. They leave me on hold for extended amounts of time only to tell me that they are sorry but they can not actually do anything.

Clerks are friendly. However, I have had multiple times that the ATM has taken my money that I was depositing. Although they run an "investigation" and credit my money back, it takes up to 3 days. Some of us can't go 3 days waiting for a mistake their machine has made.

This is the best bank I have ever dealt with! The staff is so friendly and always willing to take time to help me with all my banking needs. The have been able to help me with every aspect of both my personal and business banking. Its really great to be treated like a person and not a number. I cannot recommend them enough!
