This bank is terrible!! Poor customer service and broken promises!! They pulled 2 mortgage payments out of our account which was completely on them changing their online bill pay!
Oh it will be 7-10 days while we dispute!
Dispute what? The error was on your end not ours.
Went in and talked with the branch manager. Told me he would take care of it by the afternoon. No call. I call him. Sorry but taking longer than I thought. I’ll call you before 4:00 pm. Crickets!!!
Do not do business with any Regions bank ever!! You’ll be sorry!

My experience in the branch was very positive, the manager was kind and attentive to my needs, the banker answered all my questions and concerns about my account and the teller was friendly and polite and quick with my deposits. Overall great customer service. I don’t generally go into branches I bank via atm an online but the customer service at this branch makes it easy and very nice to stop in once in a while to get the few in person things done.

This bank has been the worst I've ever experienced. The branch I've dealt with, led by branch manager Jose, has proven to be incredibly incompetent, irresponsible, and deceitful. In my entire life, I've never encountered a branch manager as inept as him. I'm closing my one personal account and four business accounts due to his incompetence. Furthermore, he not only behaves rudely but also avoids returning my calls, displaying complete cowardice. I'm determined to escalate this matter to the highest authorities within the bank to ensure everyone hears about his dishonest and mischievous actions.

Edit:I give a 5-star rating for Brandy and Jose always actively listening and have removed the mid-score. I have emailed as indicated and await a response.Very poor listening skills. The majority of the tellers are attentive but not so today! I came in happy and left frustrated!

Went in fl 64 today i have my business accouny with these people the man behind the desk block both of my accounts so now the people that i work for could not post my money first of Lll he behaved like he really did not want tp help me i miss lisa Gordon from this branch they su k they reallyz act like zombies

Most of the tellers I've dealt with over the 14 years I've been with this bank has been very nice, competent, and friendly. I get disappointed when one of my 'favorites' come up missing and learned they have either quit or got moved to another branch. Brandy Cooper is one of my 'favorites' rights now. Hope she stays. As a further remark, the managers are the most polite and quick to help. I do try to show myself friendly to all the employees and they are pleasingly friendly right back. I like this branch of Regions.

I really don't like this location. Why is it that the ATM is not open 24 hrs a day? Very inconvenient for a working parent. They also close before 5 o'clock during the week. What kind of banking is this...

Brandy Cooper is a Professional. I went in to make a deposit and she handled the bulk of stress from multiple clients and calls effortlessly, with only herself and another banker at the location. Thank you!

I needed a notary for a will. It required two signatures. The woman helping me said she couldn’t do it because of the witnesses. I’ve used Regions for years. This woman was condescending and had an attitude. She could have called over two employees as witnesses. I wish I’d gotten her name. I’m so tempted to change banks. Great customer service Regions!
