First problem I had with this bank.. My mother went to close her company account due to retirement.. This branch also mistakenly closed my company account & transferred my money to my mothers personal account.Few months later I called to make an appointment to have something notarized.Got told very abruptly by the newest member of their staff who works behind the counter (not know her name) That Tonya who does notary is with a client & she would not have time for the rest of the week.So I asked if Tonya could call me to arrange a suitable time to book the notary.waited for 3 hours for that call & it never came. So I decided to go into the branch.On my arrival, there were no cars in the drive through & only 1 customer at the desk. As I opened the door it sounded like I had arrived at a bar. All 3 staff & the 1customer were having a good old laugh about something, Nice they had so much time to be giggling instead of working.It was very clear all 3 staff were in no rush to do anything for customers.When the assistant manager Jay had finished his giggling session. He comes over to me and asked to speak with me, So I follow him to his office.. He sat very unprofessionally slouched in his chair flipping his pen through his fingers (May as well been chomping chewing gum to really complete the whole unprofessional he don't care look)Then he just blurts out with contempt "quote"SHE AIN'T DOING IT!My family & I have been banking here since before Regions took over this place, way back when it was Amsouth bank. In all that time I have never seen such an unprofessional member of staff.Not only was Jay outright rude to me... But he was also rude to his colleague by calling her SHE.Well Jay.. "SHE" has a name and it's Tonya.. perhaps you should try to use the lady's name in future when you are being rude to customers!Think Jay really needs to go back to training school & learn how to speak to customers before he becomes any sort of manager with that attitude.I now bank with a much better bank, where the service is way better than Regions has ever been.. Also has cheaper fees than regions for things like international transfers, zero monthly fees just to have an account and so on!!To anyone looking to bank here...I do think you would be better off banking elsewhere until Regions learns to train there staff to a higher level in customer care & takes a closer look at their fees to remain competitive.

Horrible. Be prepared to make a coin pack for them if you bring coins. I counted and brought it to them. They want me to make coin packs for them. Hey, rude girl in front. That's your job. If you wanted me to check again, that would've been okay. I could have helped you recounting.Make coin bags so you can use it in your bank? I have never ever asked to make coin packs for you at any bank at any location.And why are you so rude?

Very disappointed in their competence. The older lady copped an attitude when I asked questions and made me wonder why my husband has an account with them. She made me feel very small and worthless. ?

On 2/24/2022 I drove through the drive thru teller to make a deposit. There were no cars in the drive thru. I saw the teller waiting on one customer inside the bank and she seem to be taking her own sweet time. There were no other customers in line inside the bank for her to wait on. I waited for a good long time outside in the drive thru at the window and no one acknowledge me not even the woman teller. Finally, a young man came to the window and asked me what I needed and I told him that I only wanted to make a deposit. He took my deposit and told me they were understaffed today. That explanation was just an excuse. The young man gave the teller my deposit slip to give to me. She mumbled something and I left. Not good customer service at all at this Regions bank location.

The teller whose name I cannot recall, she is an older lady, probably the oldest one there, is extremely rude. She did not want to deal with helping me with my troubles and lost her temper and patience very quickly. I have never dealt with a more rude teller. Normally tellers are very friendly and helpful, maybe she needs to retire.

I was just about to switch to a different bank because there is always a problem. Either the bank is closed or there no one who can do a cashiers check. Today, I was able to get a cashiers check and get something notarized with no problem! Thanks, kevin!

They closed directly at 5pm even as I am walking towards the door. They saw me from inside and just decided to laugh and ignore. To me that is disgusting service.

Amazing service , i felt completely happy to still have banks like these. The young man Juan was extremely helpful and such a good person and the people were good too but i love the service i got from juan thank you !

I can't say enough great things about your employee Kristi! She goes above and beyond expectations. She has helped me with complex situations and made me feel at ease.
