**UPDATE**
This person STILL works at this branch. The Assistant Manager TONYA is STILL condescending and I WILL be taking my business elsewhere. It is TRULY unreal that someone with such impotence is allowed to be an ASSISTANT MANAGER. I have watched TONYA sit at her desk and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING while her lone Co-Worker handles an entire queue of customers. Tonya, you are single handedly the WORST customer service employee I have EVER encountered. I have tried my best to avoid you and yet somehow you still MANAGED to RUIN my relationship with this bank. I REFUSE to be treated so poorly! When Tonya decides to grow up I'll reconsider coming back to this branch. Until then, I'll be heading down the street where I'm NOT treated like a CHILD by someone who claims to be an Assistant Manager. A disgrace is what Tonya is.

I’m writing this anonymously as the person who I’m writing this review about knows me. The “assistant manager” at this location is quite possibly the slowest, most condescending and rude person I’ve ever seen in a professional setting like this bank. I’m uncertain how they were given this position in the first place. The person in question couldn’t be any less help if they tried. Please consider finding someone who isn’t so blatantly rude and disrespectful for your “assistant manager” position. This person provides nothing but a horrible, painful, slow experience.
On the other hand, the worker who sits in the front is stellar. That’s a banker who is actively helping the many clients walking into the branch and deserves some sort of award for maintaining their cool, staying collected, and providing an amazing service. That person who sits at the front is an all star and deserves some sort of praise.
Finally, Eli, the Manager is a well spoken nice man who is willing to help most of the time.

Went in with my wife as her bank card was moved to inactive due to not using it. Teller spoke to her and ended up yelling at her. My wife asked for the manager and was told that she was the manager, her business card says “Relationship Banker Team Lead”, my wife asked her if she could stop yelling and was told “I thought you were deaf”. In my 60 plus years on this planet and having travelled quite a bit I have never seen anyone as arrogant and rude as T.R. Hopefully we were not treated like this as we do not have much money in that bank. Hey nice timing on your review Tonya oops sorry review says Tammy.

Tonya Ratican at the Lakewood Ranch Branch is absolutely amazing. She’s extremely knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to work with concerning my banking needs.

Excellent bank. Excellent customer service. All bankers greet you and make you feel like friends and even family members.
Jennifer is the best. Kyle is great. The new branch manager goes out of his way to help you.
And the new building with the latest technology is so inviting. Always a pleasure to go there.
I always go inside for my transactions just to see everyone.

Deposited a $75,000 check on 9/6. I followed up with the issuing bank who transferred the funds on the same say. Went to use $60,000 on 9/19 and was told that the funds weren’t available. Teller was sympathetic the manager was totally unprofessional and threatened to have me removed when i raised my voice. Took the balance of the day to get funds available. Do not use this bank.

Wouldn’t recommend the bank itself (stick with a credit union, avoid the fees!) but if you’re visiting this branch, definitely stop at Jennifer’s desk! First desk on the left. Impeccable customer service.

AVOID! Do NOT trust these bottom feeders. They mail bonus offers to trick you into opening account, you follow ALL their written rules and they pull a fast one denying sign up bonus. SCUM!
