I posted a review about my issue with firestone location 6205 14th st west Bradenton Florida 34207. I finally got a call from someone I'm guessing in higher up yesterday 4/4/2023 I believe his name was Alex he was really helpful and heard the frustration in my voice, he was never once rude. tomorrow I have to go to the location with my recipe for parts I had to buy and fix my self . They promised to make sure everything is good on my truck from the service I paid for. Alex gets a 5 start but the reason Im leaving a 2 star is cause today on my way home from work I feel my truck shaking . I stopped in a gas station to make sure everything was fine. This is what my brand new tire on the same side my caliper bolts was missing from. Not even 2 weeks since Firestone put them on.I want to see what will happen to this new issue tomorrow. I will give everyone reading this a update as it happen.

I had an appointment at 8 am, I waited half an hour and they never told me anything, they are not very friendly. I called firestone on 14th in Bradenton and they answered me quickly and very kindly

Firestone Steer clear of this place Firestone 14th St, Bradenton, Florida Get a tow or whatever you need to go to ANY OTHER REPAIR SHOP. I took my BMW 128i there shortly after I moved to Florida. You may be thinking " well she should've known better than to take that there" . I most likely would have gone elsewhere but had been using Firestone in Centennial, Co. for awhile and they did good work. The cam position sensor had come up as service soon before I left Denver but went away until November. It started acting up so took it to Firestone on 14th St. in Bradenton. They replaced sensor. Service engine light still on when I picked it up. Occasionally it takes car couple days to recognize new part. It got considerably worse. Took it back in . They said it now needed crank shaft sensor. Had them put it in. First one was defective. Had it 2 days. Picked it up service light still on. They told me it probably would be as they had drained battery testing part. Well car started throwing off codes for everything. They sent me to another one of their locations that without even looking at car said it was drive chain‼ I knew it wasn't as that makes a lot of noise. So called around found another shop. They let it sit for 5 days total telling me they were having trouble getting help. It was a German auto shop. Finally I went and picked it up. Took it to German Auto Services. They discovered that they can sensor was NOT EVEN INSTALLED ALL THE WAY INTO cam shaft! It was literally hanging from it! I have no idea how car even started. So had to have diagnostic and computer reboot. Then cam & crank shaft sensors redone. German Auto Service took pictures of " hanging sensor " & striped screw that was shooting oil all over. I contacted firestones corporate offices. They were supposed to have regional manager contact me. Instead they had store manager call. Of course they denied everything. I said I had pictures. Still denied but offered me $250. ‼ It was just shy of $900 that I paid them‼ another $900 to get it fixed plus $230 for diagnostic & reboot‼ so a month of frustration, all together over $2000 for what should've been $900 PERIOD‼ I'll never even let them check my tires again‼

I wanted to make you aware of some issues I have with my local firestones in the Bradenton Florida area. In the last 3 or so years I have had the front end of my F150 worked on at least twice. I have had to replace ball joints, rocker arms, control arms etc. at least twice. I was told both times that the parts previously installed by firestone were out of warranty, by a month or so. I have had vehicles for 40 + years and never had this much front-end work total on all my vehicles combined. I have a total mileage of 127,000 on my 2008 Ford F 150 which averages to be around 9000 miles per year, well under the average mileage. I can do all the work myself but due to getting older I prefer to have someone else do the work, but now I have to do the repairs. My opinion is that either the parts are not properly installed, or they offer substandard / cheap aftermarket parts. All my service/repair records back this up. On a separate incident. This is a timeline of events of the last week. I Called the firestone on Lockwood ridge and SR 70 last Sunday 2/5 to have a tire patched, I was told they were busy but "would definitely get me in". Once we arrived 20 minutes later the associate said he could not get us in. We proceeded to the Firestone on 301 in Bradenton, they were busy but took the vehicle. We called on Monday and were told the vehicle would be ready at 10, called at 10 was told the vehicle would be done by 11:30 called at 11:30 told the vehicle was ready to pick up, when we arrived the vehicle had just been pulled in the bay. Apparently, the guy at the counter didn't know our Jeep from another jeep. I asked for the area/ district managers # and was told they couldn't give out the number, but they took my name and email and assured me he would be in touch, that was a week ago. I received no call/email. When my wife went to pick up the vehicle the shop manager seemed annoyed that he had to deal with her again, he's extremely lucky I didn't pick up the vehicle, I would have ripped that guy a new one, I would have demanded the area mangers phone number right then and wouldn't have left until I got it. Nothing will be done, maybe I'll get a form letter saying how they sincerely apologize and will retrain employees / offer better customer service. It's a sign of the times that most people don't care about performing a function properly and backing that performance. Go elsewhere. This company has severely deteriorated in the last few years. Regards, Paul Lupoli

Great service at this location but I bought 5-6 tires this year from them and in 6-7 months I just had a screw in my tire and that was the reason it was flat... yes the tire was Lina of warm for sure but I DID RUN OVER A NAIL AHD THAT IS WHAT TGE WARRANTY IS FOR AND THEY ABSOLUTELY WOULDNT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE WARRANTY THEY SOLD ME. On my way to buy used tires because I can't afford tires because they don't actually give you the road hazard warranty. I won't buy tires from somewhere that decides one a whim they won't cover it because they have other customers or are too busy. To the average bear that $200-$300 is a big deal . Thanks for brushing me off.

Warning !!! Please beware!!! My whole life I thought Firestone was top of the line products / service / customer service ! The top choice I had thought !! My family owns a very major shop two miles from this 301 location . The one thing we don't do ? Alignments . On 1/05/22 I brought my car in for a realignment since they can't seem to get it straight but still give me my car back anyways ! I had literally just got a brand new carbon fiber front lip splitter for $500! As I was sitting outside waiting I watched the same mechanic who messed up the alignment the previous 2 times drive my super low car on a RAMPED LIFT AND DESTORY MY BRAND NEW CARBON LIP! The supervisor then reassured me I would get my money back and that he would take care of this !!!!! All of this was a lie to appease me ! I would call again three weeks laters for a update for him to tell me my address was wrong ?! Another lie I fell for !!!! It has now been two months and I have been robbed !!!!! IV NEVER BEEN ROBBED BY A MAJOR COMPANY . This is so horrible I wanna do everything in my will to that this story out there man ! It's not right !!!
