Bought a $750 e bike. The very next day the front tire came of while riding it. It literally has less than 10 miles on it. The entire bike crumbled and the shop is refusing to fix or replace it. I had it less than 24 hours and it fell apart completely. Do not use this shop.

Take my bike in for a flat tire repair and they tell me it would be two weeks. So I asked them just to sell me a tube and I will do it myself and they tell me they don’t have any on hand. Looking around their shop it doesn’t seem like a bicycle repair shop so I’m not even sure what they do there.

I'd highly recommend not wasting your time and taking your bike elsewhere. I've taken my bikes here a handful of times because it is located very close to my home, but there is always an excuse why he can't fix something that is a simple easy fix at another bike shop. My bike sat there for almost a week just to fix a flat tire, then I was told the bolt was stripped and he couldn't do it. I took it to another bike shop, they said the bolt wasn't stripped and fixed the flat tire within 10 minutes. Avoid this place

Took bike in for an estimate. We chose not to have the work done. They returned the bike with the chain missing links and in a baggie. They refuse to fix the situation
Stay away from Ring Ring bike

I won't go into details on mine but the issue here from all the reviews is lacking knowing. Lacking knowledge on ebikes and on customer service. These are essential to the job.

Incredibly rude customer service. I asked two simple questions was told to contact “Joe” and when I stated that I would but, she hadn’t given me any way to contact this “Joe” she hung up on me.

Went there three different times to test ride a e-bike. The salesperson new nothing about the bike and could not figure out how to turn it on. She was not helpful at all. I will not be going back again.

With confidence in reviews, I took my new bike to this business for repair. I found te business, was happy to see a female inside and confirmed that per the door, it was business hours . I approached the door and was met with the female leaving. In a less than cordial manner, I was told that it was closed and would open at noon. There is nothing in this interaction that would make me want to return or recommend this business.

Although I have not needed any advanced repair service, I have been in for several basic maintenance needs. I have found them to be very, very nice as well as professional. I've enjoyed doing business with them.
