CAROL DAY customer service SKILLS 0/10
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience at your establishment, which has left me feeling quite disappointed.
As a loyal customer for over 10 years, I have always appreciated the quality of service your team provides. However, during my last visit, I encountered Manager Carol Day, whose demeanor was unfortunately quite rude. I believe that customer service should be a top priority, and as a leader, her attitude did not reflect that standard.
This experience has led me to reconsider my patronage, and I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction. I truly hope that this feedback can be taken into consideration, as it impacts not only my experience but potentially that of other customers as well.

The employees are pretty cool. When you walk in they do the Hi how are you thing.
The store is pretty well put together but it didn't look like they were going out of business though

Just bought a thermal set and when I hot home it had only one. The store phone line stayed busy the whole ride back to the store and the people were rude as if I stolen a piece.. that's sad

Nice fall collection and Halloween decorations found 3 entrance mats I love, just what I wanted at a great price and senior Tues are very nice on the budget. Happy with all purchases!

Tried to return some items.. that I lost the receipt for, however I did have the original form of payment and my drivers license. The “manager” on duty REFUSED to look up the transaction. I called my credit card company to file a claim, she. They send their copy of the receipt I will use that to return the items.. just crazy.. I wouldn’t shop there because they really don’t know what they are doing as far a management is concerned ??♀️
