I went to Sally's looking for two specific items, only one of which they had. But the gal who worked behind the counter asked if she could help me find the shampoo I needed. We didn't find it, but she took my number so she could call me when they have it in stock. No one does this anymore, but Sally's does. Even though it's out of my way, it's worth the time and effort to shop there.Fantastic! Thank you.

An employee stole my wallet, cops were called. Been trying for 2 weeks to get videos tapes. Keep getting the runaround from management. Because I keep calling and not giving up this employee ditched my wallet right next door to the store and the cops called and let me know. There is a cover up with management and this employee going on. I will be prosecuting, have an appointment to talk to a detective with the police department next week.

I would give zero stars, but that’s not an option. I ordered 5 items online, said the items were all in stock. I received an email stating 2 of the items weren’t available. It happens, but I figured I’d check just in case. The 2 missing items were on the shelf. Shocker.. so, not only did I have to purchase the items for the second time, but the employee apparently changed the pick up to a different store… I’m glad I called customer service and she processed the return, but I’ll be coming back to this store over and over and over and over …. because I believe in second/third/fourth chances? Sure.

I have been to this store twice and each time it’s been an unpleasant experience. The people that “work” here lack customer service, common courtesy and the willingness or ability to be helpful.

I found one young lady who assisted me. She was very helpful & polite ☺ Sally's never seem to have enough staff to unload their delivery trucks in order to keep their shelves stocked. My favorite mousse, TreSemme 4+4, was completely discontinued. What a huge disapointment ?

I love Sally's, Ibjust wish they didn't charge extra when ordering online for pickup. I'd rather not have to go in with my daughter, I would spend a lot more time there and probably more money.

The shelves were empty, store was a mess and employees where grumpy and unhelpful.. I even witnessed another customer having so many problems and they was rude with her and made her wait along time. They didn't want to help her at all and rolled their eyes where the customer couldn't see but another customer caught it. Bad behavior.

I am so grateful and appreciate my now go to beauty supply store, "Sally Beauty Supple Stores".I now have my hair healthy again thanks to your employees recommendations. Due to a medical condition and the pandemic I cannot go out like I would like to, I appreciate and want to acknowledge the employees at Sally's beauty supply as they know all the products and recommendations are right on point.Christian from store #3885 She did not rush me off the phone nor did she say I had to come in to look around to see what they have, her recommendations were we're right on point nowadays it is very hard to find employees that go above and beyond to help customers. I have been in the field of Customer Service for over 30 years.I am now a Customer for life. Thank you for having great employees.

I was at this store on Thursday the 10th. I originally loved the Wild Orchid on the bottom and Purple on the top. I washed my hair yesterday the 12th with tea tree oil shampoo and purple depositing conditioner. My hair turned into a muted, brassy, pink, purple. I couldn't understand why. Don't worry I'm getting to the good part. I came in last minute yesterday. The The women helped me pick out Sparkling Raspberry, 5VR. It's a violet red. I got some 30 developer, along with some hair masks. I also was sold on the Scalp Oil, which helped the dry itchiness from the original bleach that I purchased on the 10th. Long story short, my hair is a gorgeous color. The scalp oil also is wonderful. It has a peppermint smell. This is my favorite store now. Thank you so much you lovely women. I'm over the moon with happiness. 5 stars doesn't cut it. You all deserve so much more.Your loyal customer for a life.?❤???
