Shirts fade very quickly and embroideries were not centered on hats. Paid a large "setup" fee to create a website for customers to order our shirts from them and they ended up charging so much for each shirt or hat that it was worthless in the end, not to mention they kept shutting the website down routinely and I had to call them continuously to put it back online. I do not recommend their services for any business as you don't get a stellar deal and the quality is not amazing. We get better shirts from Vistaprint and for much less money. I've given up on the "website" they made for me. I am giving 2 stars and not 1 because the leftover shirts I do have make great and expensive blankets for my dogs!

Great experience start to finish! I needed my logo screen-printed on a small batch order. Haily did a fantastic job walking through my options and helping me to pick the right product for my needs. I'm glad to say the screen printed polo was a success and I would highly recommend them for your screen printing needs!

Great experience from start to finish. The staff and designer helped me select the best shirt product for my business and the results were outstanding! Their communications throughout the process were on point and the shirts were ready on time for my special event. I had a great experience with Salty Printing on Cortez Rd. Even though I arrived a few minutes after their closing time and with a small rush order, I was treated so well. I was very impressed with the overall process from placing the order, receiving my email design confirmation, and picking my order up. The quality of the printing for my t-shirts was great. I highly recommend!

5 star service from start to finish. I placed my company’s first order of T-shirts, dri-fit long sleeves, collared T’s etc. through Salty Printing and couldn’t be more pleased with the service and product. Very disappointed in the owner’s tact of service. We were searching for an embroidery of a Christmas stocking for our Newborn. The owner said they would not do just one,,, it had to be more than one because they wouldn’t make anything from it! Wow, what about all the referrals and future business we could have provided you. Furthermore he couldn’t even be professional enough to provide a quote like most businesses. When searching for embroidery and supporting small businesses we suggest to take your hard earned money elsewhere because this owner doesn’t value it.

So this place sold us on the idea that we can sell our dye sublimated shirts through a E-Commerce vendor he was using. This scam Salty sold us on was no monthly fee, he'll charge us to upload new product offerings and split profits...This E-Commerce platform Salty used was junk and it wouldn't even work most of the time and it really irritated many who attempted to order. It's was humiliating, embarrassing and cost of money. Many days the site wasn't even available. Larry at Salty finally got fed up, admitted many customers were very upset so he asked us to move to Shopify which is now a new added cost not to mention lots of lost sales. Yesterday I got a surprise invoice. When I questioned the invoice Larry @ Salty when bonkers to say the least. Evidently it was an accumulation over a six month plus period? The invoice didn't even have dates which was why I wanted clarity. Larry demanded I just trust him? I paid the invoice in full then got an email telling me Salty refuses to do our work. Larry at Salty is a very unprofessional, scumbag, stay away...

Horrible customer service. Was promised they would be done with my order on a Monday. Did not hear anything all week, then when I called that Thursday they told me they were too busy but would have it by friday. Friday came and when I called, the guy dealing with my order had already left for the day. Called again Monday & still had not even started with it. Told them to forget it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
