Somehow I need info about free shipping. I've checked website & even tried calling to no avail. I ordered $68 groceries for pickup. They did not have my cereal...advised they would ship but would charge me $8. I am a Sams club member & I thought if my order was over $50 I got free shipping especially on items they don't have in the store. I need to understand this service.

Never again will I ever enter a Sam's club again. Went in was checking out to become a member and wanted a drink from the Cafe. They told me NO it's only for members. I can guarantee that I will never give my money to them. Not only that they were rude as hell about it.

Used the Hearing Center for a relative to get hearing checked and new hearing aids. The store was clean but like all warehouse-type stores, it was very noisy. Parking and access for their mobilized carts was very easy.

I realize it's the holidays. Ordered curbside at 9:20 a.m. for pickup between 4 and 5 p.m. Got here at 4:10. As of 5:05 order is still not in progress (I have screenshots) No one answering phone. Went inside. No one in line at the desk, why couldn't she answer the phone? She radioed and sent me to the pickup inside station. ONE GIRL working because "someone called out" No one can help her??? Poor management. It is now 5:10 and I still don't have my order!

Bakery department lacks desire. Attempted to place an order and the lady gets angry and drops the F word. Of course my cake does not resemble what was ordered.
Will be looking into a Costco membership.

Went to Sam's specifically to get ice cream at the food court. Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told when I got to the front... We are out of ice cream. Really!!! Maybe have a sign where you line up that says sorry out of ice cream don't waste your time in line. Then I made an announcement to the people behind me in line that were waiting for ice cream that they didn't have any and a few people got out of line and left.

Waste of money and time. They are understaffed or something. In 2.5 years they have had what I ordered at the cafe 3 times. Apparently 2 hours before the store closes, they miraculously run out of all but one type of pizza.

I've had this membership for 2.5 years. I've shopped there twice a month since then, they need help or something. Especially in the cafe; its like shopping in a third world country. They had 1 type of pizza available 2 hours before the close. This isn't this first time this has happened. Got what I actually ordered 3 times since I've had this membership.

They have renovated this sams club. The store manager has done an exceptional job of turning the store around recently. I used to go exclusively to the UTC Sam's Club but now they are both really nice!

I beg of you do not go to Sam's at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Expecting to purchase a whole pizza. Granted they close the food court at 7 o'clock. But apparently they can't sell you a whole pizza after 5 o'clock. Riddle me this. They had five whole pizzas, but it just came out of the oven. Do you think they would sell me one of those no.

This is place is the worst ever. They are Nazis. I came in 30 minutes before 10am and they were hounding me about having their blue card to get in. I spend money here every week. The place was empty. I'm not asking for a discount, yet they want to upgrade me (charge me more money) just to come earlier. I don't care about what discounts you provide someone with a blue card or your cash back. A yearly fee is already paid for. You should honor any member access, especially ones with the green sams card that does not get discounts. Poor business decision. Maybe someone in their corporate office needs a lesson in customer service.
