We have a rowboard that we needed to have the seasuckers replaced. What a great place to go to!!! This product is much more versatile than just for our rowboard!! We will be looking into the bicycle rack using them seasuckers, too!

Really disappointing customer service when there were hidden fees on my delivery. Added an additional 30% on to the product. Don’t buy through their website

Amazing customer service! Fast response times and versatile solutioning. Both times I reached out to customer service they were on top of it and found my order very fast. I would highly recommend them based solely on the customer service. Jeo is a complete and utter rockstar.

Be a fan of there products since 2010-2011. I have the roof rack for my bike and multiple car phone holders that work Great! I was in the area stopped by picked up some some accessories. Pretty cool they gave me a tour we’re all the products are made in house! Great friendly staff. Truly great seeing products made right here in the USA! Thank you for being A Great Company.

This company has terrible customer service. I have contacted them 3 times by e-mail and once by phone. They do not get back to you and their website does not answer key questions. The service has to be equal or better than the product. Do not advertise on NBC Sports for the Tour if you cannot support and service the business.

Really fantastic customer service! ordered the monkey bars and Jeo in customer service expedited my order and called me to let me know the tracking number. Really happy with the product which arrived on time. now excited to get out and use it!

Good product and very good and responsive customer service. My tow cup holder is a staple on my boat I have had it for several years and recently replaced the suction cup and they are very helpful.
