My Camaro is a kept woman. To that end, she always gets the best possible service and attention. I replaced the front tires within the last 2500 miles and the vendor at the time did a poor job balancing them. I took her back for a redo and it was no better. I gave up on that vendor and started my search for the best possible balancing job I could find. After several dead ends, I was referred to Shepherd Tire and Automotive. I stopped by and spoke with Kevin who explained the process to me. They use Road Surface Balancing that guarantees a vibration free ride. It was closing time so I returned a few days later to get the work done. Daniel, the service writer was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Jasper the tech, was flawless at his craft. And friendly as well. They took great care not to mar any surfaces and returned the car to me unscathed. She rides like brand new and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price. Bravo Shepherd!

Scheduled online for an oil change and inspection for a rattle, vehicle was promptly serviced, wonderful thorough inspection, was even sent inspection details to my phone! So refreshing to have a shop we trust with fair prices and great staff!

Excellent service and very professional and attentive. I got nails in my tires twice and they made it so much easier to get me right back on the road. Very trustworthy and full of knowledgeable people. The only downside is that they are always super busy so be prepare to wait a litte.

Kevin,my service writer did a great job with getting me a quick quote
and kept me posted on completion of the brake replacement. The final price was
what he quoted, which was $250
lower than the dealer! I will use Sheppard again and will ask for Kevin as my service writer!
