Bought outdoor paint coating for a lanai and anything that was in the sun bubbled up. I don’t know how Sherwin-Williams can sell a product in the state of Florida is hot as it is and have that result and nothing on the can saying that this would happen in extreme heat.

Excellent customer service. We ordered a sample quart online and it was ready within 30 minutes. We saw another color we like in store and they quickly made another sample quart for us while we chose some brushes. Easy in and out in 5 minutes.

Treated extremely unfairly here today. Extremely rude customer service and unreasonable employees that makeup rules. Ended up going to another store to get what I needed. Worth the few miles drive to another location. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I call in to order wood primer and was told they only had one left. I went to go buy it and could tell that it was previously opened. The employe ( a lady) at the counter told that it had paint on it cause it was the last can. That was a lie. The wood primer was dilated with water or something else and unusable. I’m not going to return it or exchange it. I do not do business with lairs. I will not return to, or recommend this Sherwin to anybody. Do not do business with Lairs.

Really nice employees here. I love painting with SW paint...I've tried a lot of brands over the years in different homes I've lived in and it really is the best. I've painted my home exterior, kitchen cabinets, walls, trim, etc. with nothing but SW and all still look great. I've used their Woodscapes, Emerald, Super Paint, Ceiling, and Cashmere lines. Cashmere Shoji white is my all time fav.

We recently purchased 5 gallons of paint for a project during their recent 40 % off sale. We did not test the color and only went by the color card. We were so disappointed that the color was really off for our living room. We were prepared to have to purchase new paint. However, a sales rep listened to my concerns and mistake we made and said let’s see what the Manager can do. We went home and brought back one gallon to test a re-formula. We selected a better color that was mush different and the Mgr tweaked the formula, we then went home to try an area and it was perfect!! We were amazed that the formula could be changed! Needless to say we are very happy they helped fix our problem!!! And did not spend a dime more… other than a couple of quick trips back n forth. Moral of this review, always try discussing the problem and know probably a solution is easier than you think.Thank you Sherwin Williams!!!
