Very long wait time needs more workers ridiculous I believe the workers make the customers wait on purpose, hoping that they will leave really horrible

Spectrum was charging 80 for 600kbs so I switched to frontier 65 for 1gig I call to cancel the internet… if you have mobile lines and devices not paid off without internet you need to pay them off in full… nothing of this is said at the store your just suppose to read the 80 page contract to find this out… users beware

Worst experience tring to pay my bill and get a busy signal cant get thru on the website and now I have to wait in line for an hour. With no ac in the store. You only have one location for customers in this city how ridiculous. I will be checking into your competitors business

Arrived on Monday noontime with an appointment and even with a large number of customers present I was attended to promptly and efficiently by Peggy and Alexander, I appreciate the great customer service received.

Needing to get my modem replaced after Hurricane Helene. Made an appointment, arrived on time… was told i would be texted when it was my turn in line. Text came through, i walked into the store. I guess my name was called inside the store as i was walking in. I was skipped for not answering immediately and put at end of the line of 20+ people by employee named Colin. This ridiculous game playing lost them a customer they have had for 10+ years. This facility is very slow and comes across as uncaring. I hope this is not Spectrum culture. I will use an internet company that wants my business.

If you have all day to spare and wait then this is the place to sit and waste precious time. Not sure what the whole problem is but every time I go to pay my bill I have to wait and wait. One time I was there for 3 hours just to pay my bill. Staff will start to sale you phones, internet, services even if your not interested in adding anything to your service. Clean location but not happy with the service.
