So far the service has been terrible. There is a line taking up the whole waiting area and the half the staff went on break at the same time.
I’m so glad I’m canceling my service and that I never have to come back here again.

I have been 4 times and I have not been able to be attended to, slow staff in an obviously intentional way.

I had tried to switch to Visible - it was a bad day for me. They messed up my phone and asked me to do factory reset, which I did and caused me a lot of headaches due to all the authenticator and the fact I couldn't call or text, so no text could be received.
Then in desperation I remembered Spectrum had a 1-year free deal on mobile. After waiting in the store for 40 minutes, Tammy helped me to port over my number and really got things up and running again. Thank you Tammy!!!! You saved my day for sure!!!

I had no idea that Spectrum was now only a call center. When I went there, a kind police officer told me they moved ten miles down the road at 9480 Manatee Avenue. They were organized and helpful.

Helpful and they did the best they could, but service was very very slow. I was in there for 45 min just picking up equipment and I also had an appointment.

Tammy worked with me to transfer my phones to Spectrum and change our cable plan. Very pleasant and knowledgable to work with!
Phone support was also very good with a knowledgable tech to help make the tedious switch!

This store is brand knew. They did not make bathrooms for the customers. The seating is pretty rough. The line is always atleast 1 hour. This place is poorly planned out.

Great staff, specifically Jim, was very helpful with the transferring information from our old phones to new ones. Despite the difficulties we encountered, he was understanding of it and worked around it and made sure it was fixed. Overall, I am very grateful to the staff and will go back for my next phone

HORRIBLE. They have 1 person working and waited over an hour just to exchange a router that they gave me that was broken. DO NOT GO HERE, save the headache.
