Don't give this branch the time of day! I gave them two chances to send me out a atm card, then whenever I went to cancel my account the banker Aida Terrero thought it was necessary to yell at my 3 year old son! I immediately reminded her of his age and how unprofessional she is to yell at anyone in the branch, especially if they are trying to keep their customers. Horrible customer service. It's only a matter of time before this branch closes.

I am seriously considering changing my accounts to Synovus, because Truist bills me for everything, even when it's their mistake. I got $180 in overdraft fees, because they deducted a bounced client check multiple times. My account was never overdrawn. I've requested several times over a year to no avail. Tru$#!+

Overall not a bad location a little sketchy kind of in a bad part of town. It's difficult to get out of the parking lot as you have to take a right.

Deposited some coins (some wrapped but there wasn't enough to wrap all of it) and the teller acted as if she was doing me a huge favor by doing her job. Let's put the "service" back in customer service! If there weren't any customers, the tellers wouldn't have jobs!

Two transactions. 1. Deposit cash. 2.Cash a check. Teller deposits the cash & check even tho I explained before that I have 2 transactions. Clearly explaining the above. Teller needs to pay attention to customers instead of talking to her co-worker. Never will return to this bank! You had one job!!!!!

We recently went through a VERY painful transition of our bank we had for 15 years being acquired by another bank. They could never get all of our online banking correct so that my office could reconcile accounts without issue. So as hard as it was to leave them we switched to BB&T and have dealt with Bruce and Lucky to get all of our business banking up and running. We were told that BB&T was going to merge/acquire Suntrust and we were leery at first because of our previous bank. We can't even tell anything is different since they changed. Bruce and Lucky have been EXTREMELY helpful in all of our issues we had in our previous bank and made our transition to BB&T run SMOOTHLY. Being a small business owner they have helped us look to the future to help grow our business. We have NO issues contacting them if we need something, they make sure that they get back to us in a very timely manner. Very HAPPY that we switched banks even after being with the previous one for 15 years.

Drive-thru representatives are polite and professional however the “tubes†are DISGUSTING! Last month when I was there, I requested they clean them. This month when I returned, they still hadn't been cleaned. I wiped them down with what I had in the car. But gross! Be prepared to break out your hand sanitizer.
