On line banking is the worst in the industry, lots of problem with there website. 4 time in last 2 months can’t get through the website. Needs a lots of improvements in their system.

I am so tired of going to this bank! Every time I have to take the deposit I sit in the drive-thru for at least 15 minutes even if there's only one car ahead of me. Any other bank that I've ever went to I'm out within 5 to 7 minutes! Why does it take your employees so long to do a simple deposit? I will never recommend this bank to anyone!!

Awful "service". Rude, unprofessional personnel. Tellers are very unpleasant to deal with. The whole vibe is that off stress. They seem to go out of the way to make you feel like you're an inconvenience if you need to talk to a banker. Pick another branch, or better yet - another bank.

Very knowledgeable staff which helped me out when my debit card wasn't working and everything worked out perfect for me as they were able to give me a temporary debit card while my new debit card was on its way to my house. Thank You for all your help with my account. Keep up the great work!

Do not use the drive through. I have consistently gotten nothing but horrible customer service, including today where they left me hanging so long with my checks and ID in their possession that I had to park and go in.

Probably the worst Truist I’ve been to. Ingrid was very rude and she was not happy we needed something printed out from our account. A simple task. She needs to learn customer service skills before working with the public. I will drive to a further location next time rather than go here.

Natalie should not be a banker. Went in for some financial assistance and she has no idea how to handle straight forward questions. She did not have the capacity to answer one single question with any sense of confidence.And should not be banking whatsoever.Trust just lost my business.

A blonde woman named Katie helped me with my banking except she didn’t in fact help me at all. She has no idea what she’s doing, can’t do simple math. I’m unsure of how she got the job to handle money in the first place. I’m switching to Wells Fargo!

Pretty fast when it comes to deposit.
