The 5 stars is for Stephanie, the underwriter who went above and beyond while completing my PPP. I experienced lots of technical issues on the websites platform and several representatives not knowing the correct information! Stephanie, thank you again! As far as Suntrust the banking institution..you guys need to upgrade customer service, atm's, and provide better security for your customer's money that we entrust in your bank! Tondra J

My wife and I have used this branch of SunTrust for 4 years and visit the branch regularly. We have never had a better banking experience anywhere else! They know us and are very polite and helpful. Great service every time!

Terrible, horrible, and rude. Extremely slow and unprofessional service. I refuse to ever bank at SunTrust bank. If I didn't have to come here because of my job, I would never come back again.

My mother in law and I went in to do business today and had a terrible experience. We had a very quick question that a teller told us to ask Nancy when she finished with her phone call. We waited, but we were very quickly scowled at and told others have quick questions too. My mother in law has been doing business for quite some time with SunTrust but was very turned off by Nancy's abrupt and very rude behavior. We left immediately. If rudeness is the weak person's imitation of strength, then I applaud your strength. I believe my mother in law is ready to take her business elsewhere.
