They had my car for a while. Turns out my car was a pain in the ass to work on. They not only held to their original quote, but let me know what was going on with the car. Good people. Take your car there.

Had my work vehicle brought in. They were professional, to the point, and more importantly, they were honest (a rarity it seems nowadays). What I thought would be a several hundred dollar repair was a very simple fix and I appreciate the honesty of everyone involved. I don't live in Bradenton but would highly recommend this business to those that do.

I recently brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and also requested several additional repairs. The team did an excellent job on everything I asked for, and they even called me during the process to let me know about another repair that needed attention. What really impressed me was when I picked up my car—they had kept the broken part to show me and took the time to explain exactly why it needed to be replaced.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and honest. They didn’t rush through the explanation, and I left feeling confident about the work that was done. It’s clear they value their customers and stand behind their service. I’ll definitely be returning here for future repairs and maintenance on all my vehicles.

Supposedly fixed an AC compressor, but the AC still doesn't work. Refuses to pick up the car and fix it!! They do not back their work AND manager would not come to phone!!! Absolutely terrible customer service! Charge $2000.00 for supposedly repairing something and it doesn't work. Will spread the word on Facebook!! They don't back their work but certainly enjoy screwing people out if their money!

I went in for an oil change and it was a smooth and easy process! I had a fog light out too and they were able to change that for me while I was there. Great communication and the Frenchies are cute too.

You r still sent me note need service! The last service you guys do absolutely sloppy job ! I’m not sure the owner change nobody call me back my issue ! Last service you guys forget tight back my wells cup and it’s last I need to spend extra $168 replace new one ! When I email and call the front desk the lady say the manager call me back from last year ! No one call or email me ! I don’t get it the good place turn so bad don’t car nothing just run whit the money! People pleas double check after the service everything okey the place not same before

I have 3 cars that have been repaired by Superior Automotive and I am very pleased with all 3 experiences. The service is top notch, everyone is so friendly and professional. Initially, One of my cars was taken to a large dealership where I was quoted $23k to repair what cost me under $1k at Superior... HUGE difference! Thank you so much Superior for taking such excellent care of our cars for my family!

When You Have A Commercial Vehicle Without AC It’s Imperative To Have It Back Up And On The Road As Efficiently As Possible. That Is Exactly What Happened With Our First Experience With Superior! Having Worked In The Automotive Industry For Over 10 Years Myself, Their Prices Were Extremely Fair, They Never Tried To Sell Us Something We Didn't Need And They Got Our Van Back On The Road Before Noon! We Will Definitely Continue To Bring Both Our Personal, Along With Our Company Vehicles To Them!

Beware. I hadnt thought of writting a review until now, meanwhile they did work for me late 2023 on my truck. The owner is very rude and untrustworthy. I had purchased a new to me truck knowing it needed some work so i brought it in as these guys have done basic tire replacement work for me before and didnt have any problems. Total bill came out to $5,500 and i told them i want it all done right and to go ahead. After getting the truck back i had issues which they stated was “false and made up”. They had a few guys look at it and after the owner telling me off the one mechanic found some metal on metal rubbing. And while i was there again i conveyed my concern about some work not being actually done as from what i can see 1/3 of the work was done as i can visually see original parts and mind you it was 20 years old so it was clear to tell. Owner continued to tell me off. I disputed with my card company and apparently even though i had the truck as proof all this shop had to provide was a material list and my signature to be sufficient to make me pay. I had to go to another shop which i explained the situation too and apparently the owner has a reputation for having some issues and that theres some problems with the shop due to him. I had this other shop go over everything and get my truck done properly. So i ended up having to pay twice for work that should have been done properly and honestly the first time. Also before this incident i even recommended a friend to them. He paid a few thousand and had to bring his car back to them 2 more times to actually fix the issue and charged him each time since they couldnt properly diagnose and fix the issue
