I just switched to T-Mobile recently and this young lady helped me out. I think her name was Xiamara. She was so patient with me and my son. One of the best representatives I’ve ever encountered. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you T-Mobile.

I hate to say anything bad about Tmobile but...I went in to change my voice-mail back to English. The huge rude black girl w/glitter nails took my phone & with her nails changed All my settings that took me months to put in & gave me back my phone. "Did you fix it", I said. "No, you need to call Tmobile",she said. "Well Tmobile told me to come into the store; can you call them? "Well, they will keep me tied up" she said. "Well can you get someone else". With an attitude, she gets a young man. He comes over & goes to my voice-mail & changes it back to English. I look at my phone & everything's changed. I asked her what did she do to change All my prompts, "I didn't do anything".I tell her she shouldn't change people's settings w/o permission. " I'm a professional and I know what I'm doing.Well, you changed All my prompts w/o fixing my voice-mail & he fixed it w/o messing with my settings.Now she is arguing with me...I'm Not going to argue with you. You are very rude, I am the customer."Do you want me to get the manager so you can complain", waving her huge arms.I ignored her...Thank you young man".I left, thinking, she's the type to run you down with her car.Tmobile you have a bad representative!!!

Luke and Xixi were great.! I transferred from Verizon so everything was taking a little longer than expected but they were very patient and made sure I was in good hands.! Time flew by because of how much they interacted with me. 10/10 will definitely recommend this T-Mobile to anyone. Will be coming to this store only for now on.

Rachael, store manager, CC, and Donny were consummately courteous, knowledgeable, and professional from the moment we walked in the door to setting up our T Mobile accounts and new I Phone 14s before we left. Each of them were patient, listened well, and were dynamic ambassadors of T-Mobile's customer relations policies and procedures. My wife and I were amazed how efficiently and diplomatically Donny, CC and Rachael conducted themselves. Their undivided attention to our ignorance about how to work with new cell phone technology was unequivocally magnanimous. If you are reading this review, stop by the T-Mobile store on Manatee Avenue in Bradenton. Respectful and informed customer relations is the foundation of Donny, CC and Rachel's business approach.

I didn't get the guy's name. Horrible horrible horrible service.They need to fire himDidn't to help me at all. Second time this has happened. When I walked in I said oh no same guy as last time. Unbelievable !!

18 year customer here - been with them before they were even T-Mobile. Walked in, there was one associate on the floor helping customers. I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged. I’m patient and waited and waited, he never even said hello or addressed me “hello I’ll be with you when I can”. Sat there for 30 mins with nothing. I understand there is a shortage of workers, however this is customer service 101. Worst T-Mobile experience. Will never return to this one. Was in the market to purchase my son his first phone. I’ll give the sale to another associate that deserves it. Get it together Manatee Ave.

I came in today to get two phones for my parents who are elderly. It is 94° outside and they wanted us all to sit outside and conduct all business outside because their district manager is visiting. According to the 3 boys sitting at the Store on 64, we are not allowed in the building. Are you kidding me? Who runs a business like this in Florida? I was also thinking about switching my provider from Verizon to T-Mobile, however the cocky attitude from the clerks dissuaded any possibility of that happening. Their behavior was absolutely inappropriate. This is not the way to bring customers in. You must cater to your customers needs or you will lose them. FYI you just lost 3 customers.

I went to a few stores looking for a new phone. Was treated with horrible sales reps everywhere. Until I went to this t-mobile, hands down best costumer service reps out of any cellphone store in our area. Straight forward, happy to help attitude, helped make sure all our data got transferred. It was fun buying a phone from them. If you need a new phone, this is where you should go.

I had two technicians help me by answering a couple of questions about T-Mobile Internet.They sent me on my way with a T-Mobile gateway and instructions on how important it was to try many different places in my home.I actually spent the better part of a week but I now have a cell signal which is as good and sometimes better than the fiberoptic I currently have.I am amazed at today's technology and being able to talk to employees who understand what they're selling.Jerrell and I think it was Carl. (I'm horrible with names.) People like that make coming back a pleasure.
