This was the most horrific target experience of my life !!! I was looking at stuff for my daughter’s upcoming birthday and I had a bubble blower thing in the cart. I pressed the “try me button” to make sure it worked and a COCKROACH 🪳 came out of the toy into the packaging 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢
Absolutely never again will I shop at target

I pre-paid online and chose store pickup. After I drove 30+ minutes and got to the store they told me it was out of stock. Never purchasing online from target again.

I had difficulty finding item I wanted .. I asked 3 different employees about the location.. One employee told me you didn't carry the item I was looking for at all.. The other two employees said they didn't know where it was.. I wondered around the store and found part of what I needed myself

Do the security cameras also pick up the looks of utter hatred by Misa? Just wondering.

Very Racist Target. I have been using curbside pickup for about 5 months on my most recent pickup i was with my wife and i said to her is that security walking with the target worker who brings the items had security with her I don't know what lie the worker said about me but it made me feel very uncomfortable I am brown and the target by security was watching me without even stepping in the store? I have always been kind and courteous to the workers bringing my items by saying thank you and have a great day. So why is security watching me when I'm not even inside the store? Will not be going back and will tell all my friends and family to avoid this Target.

I had a bad experience this target went there with 45 minutes till close looking for Coke and Arizona tea or brisk raspberry tea could not find a single soul working it kind of reminded me of Walmart nobody working I decided I would never go back no customer service. Nobody willing to help. I see why there’s a cop car sitting out front because why buy it when you can steal it. No one‘s willing to help you.

Store was clean and workers were helpful however was not able to find a product I needed although online shown they had it in shock and a worker said they had 56 of them available. I learn from that brands customer service line that the product had been discontinued and is no longer sold in the stores 😫 wasted so much time going through all the folders in the office and supply aisles looking for them for my goddaughters school supply list.

Let me just say, when I was in target 2 weeks ago the only person that greets me and asks me if I need help is Daniela. She’s the only person that showed interest in actually speaking to me. I’ve seen her a couple of times and she definitely is a hard worker. I’ve seen people throw things on the ground and she picks it up with no hesitation and still smiles as people walks by when you can tell she’s super exhausted.
She makes sure you find what you need and i honestly think this girl deserves a raise because she’s hands down the best person who’s serviced me in retail! 5 stars for sure

They have Zone bars! I can't find these anywhere except here, I'd say target is the Taj Mahal of granola/protein bars.

As much as Target is trying to compete with Walmart and Amazon, if they can’t offer customer service and attention to store shoppers, they might as well shut down brick n’ mortar stores. We walked in to the store prepared to spend up to $350 for an Apple Watch as a gift and couldn’t find anyone to wait on us. When we found a young man, he pointed to the aisle and told us he couldn’t show us one or unlock the case to try on the two different tank sizes. And they only had two of the 5 different models they showed in-stock for sale. We are seniors and it was an anniverary gift.
