These guys are great. I have a 2022 Mako 17 that didn't want to start. Thought I was starter. Dropped it off at 2 PM they called at 4:45 said it was fixed and ready for pick up. Any place else I would have had to wait weeks just to get it looked at let alone fixed. It was worth the hour drive to have them do warranty work.

These guys are amazing!! Not only did they help us navigate 6 months to find our dream boat but they sent us a check when their accounting team made a math error in our favor!! Honest and trustworthy from start to finish. Kyle (salesman) is the MAN! And Kenny (Maintenance and repair manager) gave his cell number out to us should we ever have a problem. A+++++ (PS, they had the first finance manager I actually enjoyed the company of ?)

This place was very helpful and accommodating while we were in town and had a problem with our boat. They worked us in the same day and were very friendly. I think Chad is who we spoke to and worked with. Great job Tracker of Bradenton, I may even skip Tampa tracker at Bass Pro and come to this location because of the awesome service I received.

Ricky and Carl were both amazing!! Helped us through the whole process. Myself and my husband being 1st time boat buyers were clueless. Ricky took us out on the water. Allowed our son to drive, and showed us the water . How to load and unload.

Salesman was polite, knowledgeable but they had very few boats, sold out.Not their fault. They told me 4 months to get a new boat.Will check back in a month to see if any nice used boats available

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would I took my boat there for some warranty work I dropped it off went inside to fill out the paper work for the warranty card the service person who wrote up my ticket looked disgusted when I asked for no one to be in the boat with shoes on even though that’s a pretty common practice I’m glad I asked. A few days later I got a call that said we can’t take any new boats in for work right now so you have to come get it so if u want to waist your time and not get anything done and have people be unnecessarily rude to you this is the place for you !!!!

This is my go to place to have the 100 hours service. It's one of the few places on the water on the north end of Sarasota Bay that services all brands. Lately with the increase in business from the on-the-water folks, the turn around time is now averaging two weeks. I'm there twice a year.
