Charged $67 to ship a power supply as the cheapest option then shipped it to the wrong address. Their reply was simply " Were all human" horrible customer service. Wasn't as simple as being delivered next door,, which it wasn't.. as that the address was pretending Not to have received it..there are other problems in the world, your right but professionalism and good business practices is something YOU can control. BTW your product description is inaccurate and will require alternations but I get it" Were all human"

I purchased a arcade power supply off Ebay from Twisted quarters. When I plugged it in the power supply blew up. When I contacted them I was told to send it to them and they would fix it for free since it was my first time buying from them and they didnt want it to be a bad experience .2 weeks later I contacted them and they wanted $25 to fix it I reminded him he offered to fix it for free. I was told to bad it was my fault and they would not. I told them to send it back to me and was told it would cost $25. Funny it cost the same amount they wanted to fix it. The person I spoke with was very rude and didnt seem to care about loosing a customer. I will never buy from them and suggest no one else does as well. Oh and I just found out when it blew up it fried the whole board. So now the game is no good at all

Buy at own risk over charges on shipping purchased bolts for arcade cabinet joysticks for $7.96 charged $12.38 for shipping for a small bag of bolts. Will only shop there again only if they have something I really need. Would have been cheaper shopping on EBay or Amazon. Would also like to point out shipping charges are not added until very end of checkout process after there is no turning back.

Recently received products from them I never ordered. After waisting my time resolving the issue with PayPal on the issue I was reimbursed. I asked PayPal to forward along a message to them letting them know that I'd be willing to send it back provided they pay shipping because during the dispute process a person claiming to be the owner called threatened to charge me more just for filing the unauthorized use complaint. I figured they really need the money.... I was then called by them not with an apology for the mix up and a thanks for the opportunity to double money off something that all they needed to do was issue a merchandise return label on I was once again accused of being a lying thief and cursed at over the phone by yet another "owner" I then requested online to have my account deleted off the website to avoid any future conflicts with these people and they have yet to do so. I guess one star is a good rating sense I do have free merchandise but unfortunately nothing I would use for anything.

Gave 3 stars because of $10.00 shipping cost for $5.00 in sales. Might repeat business but not my first choice.
Updating my review to include an additional star. The company was kind enough reach out to me and explain the high cost of shipping through FedEx is out of their control.
When purchasing make sure to read closely as the total viewed on the PayPal payment page was not the total that ended up being charged. Shipping costs are displayed after you are redirected back to their website from PayPal.
