I have never been in this location. I only had a few questions to ask about daily/weekend, mileage, and other information on rates. The young gentlemen that helped me was very pleasant and didn't rush me nor rushed the whole experience. I appreciated the time and thorough information that was given to me.

The general manager and her crew were a pleasure to work with. While this is a very busy location, they took good care of me and made sure that I was confident in my move and satisfied with their service. Highly recommended.

Carefully look over charges! We’re being charged $59.95 for rentals when the reservation clearly says a 20 & 26ft truck is $39.95. We rent truck from this location often for our small business and only now are noticing this oversight! $20/ rental adds up. We’ll take our business elsewhere. We spend a lot of money at this location because it’s conveniently located nearby. Will now be using another uhaul dealer

Purchased New propane tanks less than a year from this location had them filled twice, was having event so wanted to top off the tanks. The heavy set guy brown hair stated these tanks are full of AIR which need to be drained before being refilled. ( These 3 tanks were just used the night before working fine ) This was stated to the sales guy who stated NO your wrong while this took place the tank was completely drained which was only used about 1 hour and 30 min on a grille the night before. This is a scam technique to make you pay for 100% refill. Manager refused to do good, she claimed everyone there are certified. I went to Detwiler's where they inspected the tanks also checked to make sure they were fine. They filled them without draining the other 2 tanks. THIS IS A SCAM TECHNIQUE TO SELL MORE PROPANE.

WORST STORAGE EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE. After driving 3.5 hours from Melbourne FL. (Where service was great) we had to wait and wait to finally even be able to back up the truck to unload. Apathetic staff, limited carts to move (and people will repeatedly ask to use them while you have it). Have to enter a code every single time you want to get in the door after hours so good luck if you have a lot. The size of the units are underestimated in terms of the ability to hold a 2-3 bedroom house (definitely did not work) and had to bring things to a relatives garage to finish storing. This place made the move so slow and arduous not to mention anyone with any car can park in the unloading area, blocking it off. Not sure why they even have lot people as trailers and trucks made it very difficult to maneuver, as they were in the way of the unloading area.... just don't. Better places in the area

Rented a truck, the big 26 footer from this place. Going to Wyoming. The truck is across the street so I could not inspect it before hand. It was very dirty, completely covered with love bugs. We got 250 miles up the road and both front tires were trashed. Completely worn off in 250 miles. Had to wait a couple hours for a mechanic he said the front end was way out of line but even though there was no damage or anything bent. He realigned the tires in the parking lot and put two new tires on. There was no windshield washer fluid in the truck so we had to stop and buy some. Obviously this truck had not been inspected at all before they rented it to us. Also they clean the tank was full and I had to put 10 gallons in immediately to fill it up.

I have now been here 1hr and 15 min waiting for my truck and trailer. Of note: which we reserved a week ago. We got here 10 min early of our pick up time. They don't have keys to trucks so the right sizes aren't available and 3 employees cannot figure out what to do. 2 people are trying to move trucks and have been in one for 30 min trying to maneuver the parking lot and have hit metal posts and other trucks at least 3 times. I wish I had video taped the nonsense. Avoid this location. Worst service ever. Will update when we are finally done.
