Gentlemen at this store was not helpful or knowledgeable or showed any concern as to what I needed or give excellent customer service . He directed me to the website and hung up very rude you need better qualified knowledgeable employees .

I rented a 1-way U-Haul and trailer on 2/3/17 with reservations and this was my requested and confirmed drop off location. I called the day before to confirm this rental with pricing and locations. The day of the rental I find out I can't drop my truck/trailer here and that I need to drive it 40 minutes round trip to another location that wasn't "full". I was not about to add 40 minutes to my payroll that day and pay for extra gas. Changing a reservation the day of without any notification is unacceptable. To make it worse, I dropped the truck off here, which was the original requested and confirmed drop off point. 1 week later, I see 2 extra charges on my credit card totaling about $250. I had the rental for under 24 hours and this location charged me for 72 hours. In addition, they charged me $30 for cleaning fees and the truck/trailer were returned in better condition than when we picked them up. BAD BUSINESS! I sure hope this location makes this right and provides me a full refund. I just submitted a case with corporate today.... And provided photo evidence date/time stamped of when this was returned.
