I had a great experience at the Bradenton location on 45th St. Vanessa is great! I came in to explore my options, and she helped me figure out what was the best way to pack and ship my mother‘s very valuable heirlooms, to California. She contacted the “expert packer,” Michael, and he gave an estimate based on my needs. He gave me the highest quote, so if it ended up being less, then great, which was the case. The communication was excellent and they provided me with an estimate that was extremely reasonable, and a lot less than I expected. I came back with the items same day, and it was already packed and ready to be shipped the next morning. Michael is an unbelievable packer. Everything was protected and it arrived safely. I highly recommend you consider this UPS store location for shipping packing and shipping valuable items.

Awful service
Michael was busier talking to a woman about the plants he sells rather than help me with my fingerprints
I asked him for help and he said “it’s a self service kiosk“
I called Sterling fingerprinting and they informed me that he was supposed to help me
That is a joke.
I’ve already paid for the service so I’m going to go to a different center on Lockwood Ridge Road.

I never mind updating my reviews when they are less than five stars. I give the business another try, and if the experience changes for the better, I will edit and add a new review plus stars. Unfortunately, my first time here was not a good experience for several reasons.
I pulled into the small parking lot behind the building. The back window to the store was crammed with used boxes, paper products, and it was so high against the inside glass that there was no viewing inside the store. As I walked around the building, the tree limbs were hanging down & I ducked to get through them. There were concrete pieces in the parking dividers, and pieces were in the way of walking around the building. Once I walked inside, the air conditioning was not working. People were at a standstill, and only one person was working at the counter. It is my opinion that if the wait is always that long, some benches or chairs would be a good idea. I picked up my package and carefully walked back behind the building to my vehicle. Ducking & walking over stuff & backing out into a tight parking area...Maybe they just opened and needed to clean up and hire more employees??

Save yourself time and go to another location. I came in to ship a package and do an amazon return. The employee was too busy on his cell phone in the office. I left and went to another location to ship my package.

Michael at the Bradenton location on Manatee Avenue is epic! I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. He went above and beyond for me and solved my issue with amazing customer service. The world needs more people like him!

I just want to say that Monica was fantastic. She has great customer service skills, multitasking the time I was there, even went the calls to your store were not so pleasant to her.
I live in Ruskin Florida and I love coming to this store.

Never a pleasant experience at this store...no smiles, no appreciation for your business...employees come off rude & bothered. After giving them several chances, I'm not going back.

I was returning an Amazon package last week which I needed assistance with the return. There was a line and a gentleman at the counter. There was a new person who I never saw before. She had long black hair. This girl was unprofesional. She walked away from the counter to walk to the window and began to vape, then returned to the gentlemen who she was helping.

I was in the Bradenton area and needed to ship something. I googled and found this store. The employees were amazing. I was greeted as I walked in and quickly helped. I’ve never shipped through a UPS store before. The experience was great, I will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend this store if you live locally or are on vacation and need to ship things home.

The lady that works there charged me $2.00 to seal a little cell phone box that I was returning to phone carrier. Says it is store policy. Funny the guy that helped me earlier didn’t charge me for tape. Ridiculous!! Wondering if this lady is just pocketing our money?

The store closes at 2. I was at the door at 1:57 as were other people. The girl inside raised up 2 fingers and said it was 2. That is a lie. They shouldn't let people close the building early if those are not the hours of business.

Warm friendly Staff Always has an extra hand if needed, recall individual customers and one of the better store I’ve delt with.
Bravo staff and all great can do vibe and looking forward to my next visit.
