I wanted to take a moment to commend Rob, a UPS worker who consistently provides exemplary customer service. Every time l've needed assistance, Rob has been incredibly informative, patiently answering all my questions. He's genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile, and his kind demeanor makes a real difference. On top of that, he's remarkably efficient, getting things done quickly and correctly. Rob is a true asset to the UPS team!

I’m a very upset customer because I confined in getting my package delivered overnight which was charged. Then I called the store and a very rude staff told me theirs nothing they can do and put me on hold for over 30 mins and then the phone disconnected. The said that I would have to call Monday to speak with a supervisor but still my package was never delivered overnight and was charged. Unprofessional and rude staff work there!

Normally there are pleasant employees working at this location. I typically leave with a smile and/or laughing wishing them luck with the rest of their day due to the stream of customers going in and out. Even when they are busy (and they do get busy!!!) they patiently do their job and provide customer service. However yesterday (3/17/25) there was a female working around 1:30PM. I understand having a bad day but the level of attitude and rudeness to the customers (at least 8 in line) who were waiting PATIENTLY was uncalled for. I could go into detail but she isn't worth anymore of my time.

Closed often at noon on a day (Saturdays) when people need to get their packages returned, sent etc.that can’t during the week.
Wanted to charge me $8.00 for a return box back to Amazon and went to another UPS and was not charged anything. Just printed the label and put it on the box. This is the UPS store I will frequent.

asked for a quote to ship a 7 oz package internationally and was told $205 for full tracking or $125 for partial. i was blown away by the price so i told him thanks and said that i would get a quote from usps instead—to that he said that there it would be the same price. still, i left and waited for my new quote which was $20!!! shady business

Needed to have some computer monitors, etc, packed and shipped to San Diego. Michael was in the store working by himself but he made sure they were all packed securely. His attention to their security ensured their safe arrival in San Diego. Thanks, Michael, for your help!
