We mistakenly got to the store when they were closing . Bina was very nice and helped with the shipping even after we agreed to return in the morning. Bina was pleasant, helpful and efficient we were on our was in under 15 minutes. Thank you Bina! Steve from NJ

Dropped of spectrum equipment. Convenient location and quick friendly service. The spectrum store is twice as far from my house and had an hour wait for walk in customers. Fast and free for me today.

Bina was very patient with me and my Valentine’s card project. It took a minute for her to see exactly what I wanted but soon she got in a rhythm with the making of single and double sided color copies, helping me to transform my original artwork into reproducible copies in the form of greeting cards. Thanks, Bina!

Dang stopped here in a lyft they are so slow tbh lady was punching with one finger 5 minutes and not one person was finished when I had to leave. I wasted my time and money because they are slow

Disgustingly poor customer service.I had a 10am appointment and arrived 3min early to find an empty lobby except three employees. They were speaking amongst themselves and barely acknowledged I’d walked in. One addressed me “Just a moment”. I started with “I need to get…” and she interrupted with “over there” and a gesture to the left, so I drifted… still slightly unsure. I began to collect my documents, and waited. The other employees moved to their respective stations. Once the phone rang and the first woman took the call, I asked the employee nearest me if she could help with my fingerprints. She said “Just a minute” awkwardly, and Im assuming it’s not her job. I wanted to walk out waiting for her, but really needed to get this done.Finally, she came to help me, and asked what I needed. I told her, and I kid you not, she literally told me I was wrong and probably needed xyz other service. I didn’t correct her. When she entered the code and saw that I did indeed require the service I requested, she asked “Where do you work?!” Not that it was any of her business. I obliged to answer because it doesn’t matter either way, but I did note that the conversation could’ve been much more personable and professional. I might have even been excited to chat had they not ignored and then spoken to me condescendingly.At this point, people were coming in the lobby rapidly. The first woman was assisting a customer who was loud and confused and in a hurry, two more came in. None of whom were addressed. The third employee never came back out. The one assisting me was visibly agitated as the line grew.I wanted to tell her that I didn’t need her to literally hold my hand, and that I’ve done this many times and she is the first to do it this way, but I didn’t. There was no receipt or confirmation when I finished. I just left and was extremely grateful not to be there any more, and want to encourage literally everyone not to go there either.

Love how easy it is to get anything done at this store! They are always helpful and kind. I had yet another great experience from Bina, who was a great help with my Amazon returns!

I’ve never had any issues with any UPS store I’ve ever gone to in my life, but somehow every single time I go to this location there is always an issue. The staff finds any reason they can to try to charge you for UNNECESSARY products. On top of that, staff is unfriendly and rude. When I head up the street to the UPS on Manatee, they accept everything with no issues. Manatee UPS also has much better customer service skills. If you want to save yourself time and headache, go to any other UPS.

i appreciate this store so much! the workers were so friendly and helpful. i had a ton of amazon returns (amazon charged me twice and delivered double of everything i ordered smh) and the lady helped me figure out which items were which for my return receipts. thank you to the kind workers at the Cortez Rd UPS!!

Amber was super helpful when I went in to mail out a package. She helped me to find the right size box and gave me a really good price. Everything went smoothly and the receiver got the package on time. Thank you for hiring people who care about their customers.
