Horrible because they keep losing my mail, and refuse to deliver it. They give me a tracking number and then say it doesn't exist.

I’ve been getting my packages damage/stolen ever since this woman been delivering my items, this current delivery the package wasn’t even place in the mailbox but on the ground where people manage to run it over along with our mailbox on the ground! she’s been going out of her way to knock our mailbox down which holds 2 additional mailboxes but they never seem to get knock down how odd, and we notice she deliberately running over our trash and recycle bin, which in no way of even blocking her because she refuse to get out of the courier car if you do not like your job seeing you can’t even get out of the car to place mail and/or deliver certified mail (that REQUIRES a signature)at my door steps without an attitude then perhaps you should find another occupation or retire.

I fail to understand the purpose of having a telephone number when no one ever answers the phone after making 20 attempts. This is an unacceptable level of service, and it seems as though the employees are being coerced into working. 0 Star

This is not where you pick up packages even though usps sends you an email with this pickup address. Pick up is at post office next block over on manatee.

They’ve always been very kind to me. I can’t complain. Nobody’s ever given me bad service. People get upset at the folks working there when their mail has issues, but it’s not their fault. They’re trying their best and they’re very kind

This is the worst location. Package says delivered but aren’t and manager doesn’t help whatsoever, don’t pick up their phone and when they do - promptly hang up. They’re either stealing packages or are so incompetent!

This post office loses more packages than it delivers. They don 't care if it's not insured. They lost the same package twice. The people that work here are either criminals or incompetent, no third option.

Phone number does not work/is out of order. It rings and states cannot be completed. This is the number given by the USPS main number too.

The phone rings and rings and rings..no option to leave msg to get a call back. I've had an important piece of mail to go out for 2 days but it's still in the bix. I can see ONE day missed but..this mail was needing to go out and I cannot get to another mailbox

Absolute trash of a post office. No phone number to call. The one that's provided, is some Spanish lady and not even the post office. Always losing mail and goes weeks without delivering mail. Been waiting on my final paycheck for over a week now and it was sent from within bradenton. No reason why it takes over a week for mail to travel within the same city how is there no way to contact the post office?? Absolutely pathetic.
