What happened to cost for mailing including one simple piece of tape? I will just mail it from my house with my own Scotch tape. This used to be standard service. But now we are being nickelrd and dimed.

Tried for 2 weeks to get a priority mail box to ship something. The whole display has been completely empty. Really? One of the few things that's probably profitable for USPS and they don't make an effort to keep it in stock.

The ladies who helped me today were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted me in sending my letters and clearly explained all the possible delivery dates. They made a great effort to help us throughout the entire process. I’m very grateful for their excellent service.

This post office is terrible! I had to submit and pay twice to have mail forwarding completed properly. When mail was eventually received it looked like it was driven over numerous time and was all torn and was a mess. Staff at this location is dismissive and rude. Manager heard me talking about one of the rude employees treatment of another customer as I walked through the lobby and I explained the situation to him. He seemed very concerned; however, nothing ever changes here. Mail is delivered every three days or so - never daily. We also have to exchange mail with neighbors that is put into the incorrect boxes all the time!
Took a small envelope to mail priority on March 27th - supposed to be three days and still hasn't arrived after 7 days! First attempted delivery on Saturday, April 5th, and they stated they weren't leaving because no one was there? Not sure why it wasn't left. Consistently terrible service here!

This place sucks. Waited 30 minutes in line to pick up a delivery. When it was finally my turn they told me they couldn't find my package in the system. Then after providing a tracking number they confirmed they have my package and went to look for it. Lady comes back tells me she cannot find it she will have me wait on the side for a supervisor. After asking how long of a wait that would be she just shrugged her shoulders. I told her I do not have time to wait anymore ill come back another day so they took down my number to call me when they find it. Never once received a call from them.

Thank you for retrieving and re-routing my package! It was a package from a Mercari vendor, who had the wrong address for me. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I filed a claim for the missing package and was put in touch with the local post office. They were able to correct everything fairly quickly. Thank you!

The worst post office i have ever been too. The Indian lady at the counter was snarky and was laughing after she told me she couldn’t process my usps return. The manager came up ( Nelson) who had nothing to say about how rude or nasty she was to me. They didn’t tell me until after the fact that I could purchase supplies. Extremely rude and unprofessional for both of them. Never got an apology for the way the Indian girl acted either. Hope corporate sees this and handles it since the manager can’t seem to and needs to be handled himself.

Came in today 11/20/23 to do a First Amendment Audit. They respected my right to take photos and video in the Post Office. As poster 7 says we can. Only giving 4 stars because the Postal employee never gave me straight eye contact.

Went for address change form. They were"out".Seriously? That's after waiting in line for 30 minutes since they only have 1 person working. PATHETIC!

My family has been going to this post office for three generations and in the last five years this place has become a disaster. My envelope was under an ounce and was declined regular postage. When told this, I left, went home, and bought the shipping labels. I don't have a printer, so I hand-wrote the shipping labels, and I was told by Usps by phone that I could. In doing so I left the postage stamp despite buying the new shipping labels. On my first visit that day, you could tell you were an annoyance to even being there. When I returned the second time. I was met with the utmost disrespect I've ever received when providing business to a company. I was met with facial dissatisfaction,and accused of lying and stealing. I was told I made up the tracking numbers on the items I wanted to ship. After showing evidence that I did purchase these labels, I still received facial and verbal disagreement. Anyways, four days later my envelopes showed up in my mailbox as unpaid. Not only did I buy a shipping label, I had stamped postage. I don't think they even weighed, or looked up my labels tracking information. They just assumed I was wrong. Even though I did eveything right under Usps postage guidlines. The people who assited me inproperly, and unpoperly should be fired. I know I'm not the only one whos had issues here, because while waiting in line. Three people there were complaining among themselves they haven't received their mail in over a week. A fourth individual wasn't even granted tape for shipping an envelope he paid for. Just bulldoze this place and save us from these incompetent, useless, and rude individuals. To have a business that we as citizens pay taxes for. Treat us like an annoyance or criminal is baffling.
