I live much closer to the LWR post office but dispise going to that location. The employee's can be rude and the line is ALWAYS extremely long. Decided to try another post office hoping it would be less stressful and so glad I did. I was lucky enough to have a wonderful man named Nate help me. He was very polite, kind and extremely helpful. I thanked him profusely. This is my new favorite post office and will be driving the extra distance because of the excellent customer service I received from Nate. Also, worth mentioning there was no line.

I take my mail to the Braden River Post Office to mail, but it’s still a gamble if it will ever arrive. My car payment recently took FIVE weeks to make it to Pennsylvania. My grandson’s graduation card arrived two weeks later-from Bradenton to Bradenton. And currently a bill I mailed on May 3 still has not arrived in West Bradenton. What in the world is the problem all of a sudden? Late fees/stopped check fees and/or possible bad credit ratings shouldn’t be a result of mailing your bills.

Speaking to the man who answered my call regarding a package, I was blown away about how polite and helpful he was. I had payed for express 2 day shipping & had it marked as “no access” which has never happened my family. He knew exactly which item I was referring to, and reassured me that the package would be arriving shortly. Within 5 minutes, the package arrived at the front door step. I know many people have left nasty reviews, postal men and women have difficult jobs. This man, who, I wish I knew his name - was incredibly helpful. 5 star rating from myself and family.

My packages were all lost on the mail Andrew helped me by getting my packages retrieved and even sent them to me! I am truly blessed to have such A wonderful and smart person to help me overcome this, Thank you to Andrew and coworkers.

Why is it every time I go to use your “24 hour” dropbox it doesn’t open ever it never opens Jesus you know freaking frustrating it is. I have to go there again because you people for one can’t get a package delivered on time ever too. You can’t Even except the mail properly for God sake, get it together

I've been here twice, and each time the customer service went above and beyond to help me. They're all very personable and knowledgeable. I always enjoy going there. I have to give an honorable mention to CS Agent Coco. What a sweetheart. She heard my problem and immediately went into action to not only solve it but make sure that I left the post office happy. (*side note, I came in angry). I am glad this is my post office. Thank you Coco.

Old Lady with red hair, Bob and bangs with glasses is no help. She sees me struggling and waits till I’m finished to tell me that the box is wrong then tells me the tape is wrong once I’m finished. Mind you there were almost no customers. Walked out and went to a fedex. Thanks for nothing B

1st person I spoke to was nice concerning not recieving my mail.
2nd person that came from the back was rude and confrontational. Did not even want to try to research my problem or let me talk.
We have been having many issues with our mail person delivering our mail and packages to the wrong address. Things like bank statements, car insurance renewal, and credit card statements. Also delivered a trackable package to wrong address. Luckily I was home and made him go and retrieve my package.
I did recieve my missing mail today, thankfully the person who got it put it back in the mail with a note that said delivered to the wrong address.
Also, it is impossible to get in touch with our area postmaster because that phone is never answered, just a recording that rings until a busy signal.
Mail service fees continue to increase, and a simple thing like delivery to the correct address cannot be done regularly. Ridiculous

I don't know how anyone gives this PO a 1 star review. Either they're new to area, or just love to complain.
In the last 2 years weve had an influx of people moving to w. Bradenton. We never had more than 5 paople on line. Now, there are lines of about 10 to 15 people. It still moves at warp speed. Always firendly faces. Dawn, Nick, and the guy in backround are amazing. I dont know the other names but they're all amazing hard workers. I ship Ebay everyday, so I've had lots of expirience here. The best!

Can they even deliver mail? Because they can't answer phone! Time after time they FAIL to properly deliver the mail at our small condo community and when they do, it is dismal at best. Although we have large boxes allocated for larger items, the post people seem to love to shove items into boxes, including cards and packages; damaging them with malice and intent. Thanks for taking your bad day out the mail! It is senseless and unprofessional!
