They dont take credit or debit. They failed to tell me this until AFTER I had written on an envelope - I had to find change in my car to buy my letter back.

They also said they couldn't insure my mail and the bubble would be enough to "hide" the contents from potential theft...

Asked simply for a tracking number for my package, several times the employee pointed to a set of numbers on the insurance receipt and told me those were the numbers, they weren't.
