Good morning, my complaint is the following. I use this service for personal shipments and for my business; 6 days ago I delivered a package that I made at the request of a client to this location. I prepared it ahead of time and sent it 4 days in advance. They received my box with a delivery time of 2 days and following up on the delivery, the box was lost and without an update for 2 days. I called your customer service and they had no answer as to where my box was. This really surprised me. The next day they updated without specific information. It arrived on the day of my client's event and I failed him and it was not my fault. I felt bad. I believe in customer service which is more than 100% of a business and due to some error I was harmed and could not comply. As of today, 6 days later, the package has not arrived. Being a company that represents the country, they should make adjustments to their service.

Unfortunanetely this place seems to be understuffed. Awful slow, long line almost all the time I come here. Workers are very nice though.

I remember when this location opened. I was so happy to have a full service post office close by. (Used to have to drive from LWR to Beneva and Fruitville!) I find the employees who work there are often very friendly and knowledgeable. They have always been helpful. I was there today they were fully staffed and there was a line to the door. That is not unusual. I really appreciated the terrific attitude of the woman who helped me today. She greeted everyone with a big smile and apologized to each person for having to wait. I even let her sell me a sheet of Alex Trebek stamps, because we both thought it was hilarious that he was chosen to be on a stamp. What is the decision making process for having your face on a stamp?

The employees are fine and efficient and helpful. However, this post office must be better staffed! The lines continue to be as long as during Christmas! There are only 2 employees working right now as I stand on line for more than 20 minutes.

A mistake was made by the mail carrier where an important package wasn't delivered. I had to go through a few steps, and it was resolved. Thank you!

Just got out of this post office and the employee that took care of me was very rude. She didn't look like she wants to be working there and not grateful at all to have a job.
I was there for 1 minute and such an unpleasant experience .
The persons in line on front of me ask the be serve by a gentlemen's bc chez didn't want to be serve by that lady I was appointed to.
It look to me that it happen what I experienced to others.
Only second time in a year that I went to Lakewood Ranch Post office .
. . Very sad to have staff that are not grateful for their customers.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!
My small package- that was a Christmas present-was supposed to be delivered to my mailbox. I received delivery confirmation that it was delivered 12/23/24. It was not delivered. Next, on 12/26/24 I received a Usps email stating "package refused & returned to sender". I have a community mailbox. Postal carrier did NOT come to my door to deliver it, so how was "package refused"?? Refused by who?? 12/27/24 I called Usps with tracking # & they filed a search report. Later, the so called supervisor- Allen- called me. He was the poorest excuse for a supervisor I've ever encountered! As a human being, Allen is very disrespectful, as a supervisor, he is So so RUDE! He has clearly missed the mark with customer service! He stated " delivery was attempted & you refused it"! Really! I work from home & adamantly told him that nobody attempted door delivery & I did NOT refuse it! Why would I refuse something that I've been waiting on, that was now a late & missing Christmas present!?? He rudely stated " it was refused at the mailbox ". Refused at a community mailbox??
No documentation of who refused it, no apology, no excuses from him! I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life! Allen was extremely rude, unkind, unhelpful!
I will escalate this & his poor customer service & I will file a complaint with the OIG (Office of inspector general). Allen would not provide me with his last name, badge# or employee ID! He stated " I'm the only Allen here at LWR office & that is all you need to know ". Really!??? There will be ongoing follow up to this until there is some explanation for how & why this happened as well as explanation as to how someone like Allen is able to work in a supervisor role with clearly no customer service skills! Truly pathetic! This "Allen" is extremely poor representative of the USPS

I live in the Mill Creek subdivision. Lately I have noticed many, many mailboxes left open after the mail carrier has delivered mail. This morning I left outgoing mail in the box and raised the flag. In early evening I noticed the flag still up and thought the carrier hadn't come yet. I was going to retrieve my outgoing mail as I didn't want it left overnight. I was surprised when my box had mail and the outgoing was gone. The carrier neglected to lower the flag. Yes, a minor issue but coupled with the many open boxes a reflection of the poor performance of the postal employee(s).
P.S. One of my neighbors mail boxes adjoining mine filled with mail was open.

Ever wonder how the Post Office can lose over $6 BILLION dollars in a year? All you need to do is visit this USPS for the answer. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. The employees are extremely rude, unkind, unhelpful and on a power trip. They could care less about service or their jobs. They wanted $160 to ship a medium box when I know there was lower cost options. Drove 2 mins to the UPS store on Lorraine who charged me half of that! I will never give the post office another penny of my money.

It has reached the point where people have to park illegally simply to drop off a package. The building is surrounded by empty flatland, please expand your parking lot.

This is one of the worst post offices I have ever visited. Completely understaffed. And the staff that is working is not very friendly.
