Bryan and Staff are the best! They were so very patient today helping me set up my new phone and Apple Watch. They took the time to explain everything. I highly recommend this store. These men work hard and have constant customers coming in with problems. They take it in stride and help each customer. They need a raise. Great representative’s of Verizon.

Addendum: went there. Not closed, but had no iPhone 17s I could hold to decide which size I prefer.

Managed to break the screen on my phone so I had no access. Worked with Eric at the store and since I had a back up from the night before was able to restore all of my files to a new phone. The process was quick and painless, and I found Eric to be very helpful in getting a new phone selected set up and getting us out the door.

Came into the Verizon Store twice, both times purchased a phone. The service was great. I learned a lot about the phones & how their technology works and other services Verizon offers. Thank-you Lucas & Brandon!

Went into this store to switch out my router. We were “helped” by Nick. He was dishonest from the start and did not give us all the information before trying to completely switch our plan. I just wanted a new router not a new plan. He did not ask if I wanted a new plan he was just going to take it upon himself to upgrade without my permission. He finally told me he was upgrading my plan and it would be $15 more a month after I asked if my bill would change. He also charged me a $32 fee to activate my new router. He did not give me a choice in this. He did not tell me I could do this for free at home by calling customer support. I go home and hook up the router and it will not connect. I call customer support and they had to activate the router for me. I was told I needed to go back to the store or call Nick and ask for a refund because he charged me for something he did not even do! Of course he can’t refund me. The internet was still slow and not working right so I took everything to the corporate store on 14th. I was immediately told they have issues with Nick all of the time and they have to help people fix the problems he causes. I had to get an entire new router from the corporate store because when he “activated” the old one it registered it at this store instead of my home so the router wasn’t working correctly. I also found out he charged an additional $40 to my bill for an additional activation fee and customer support gave me the credit back for that and stated they don’t charge activation fees for anything but cell phones. Do not go to this store stick with the 14th st location or any other location. Nick is incompetent, a thief, and will screw you over to benefit himself. I’m not sure how he still has a job at this point.

Chris G told me my trade in and a new phone was a wash, but had me agree to a 3 year more expensive plan without me knowing. Avoid this place. I left Verizon after 10 years a customer due to my experience here.
