Received excellent service in person at Verizon store. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond, introduced themselves and shook our hands. We will definitely be back for troubleshooting and / or future purchases.

Bought my iPhone 16 at this location a few months ago. Stopped by last week to inquire about some problems I was having since latest update. Both employees standing outside of store. Didn’t invite me in and pretty much dismissed my concerns about issues I was having.

Great location, 2 individuals working (neither was with a customer when we entered). We were greeted, helped, however--we felt very pressured. The intent of the visit was to upgrade the iPhone of our account (which we did) but the service agent gave a great sales job, quoting discounts that would be. better if we were to ALSO upgrade our Samsung. We did both, relying on the quotes given. Returned the following day, to return the previous phones (after migration to new devices) and I was not greeted but felt more 'grunted' at by the available person. He looked up our account and upgrade details, accepted the iPhone but refused the Samsung. He then informed me that the original quote guy was incorrect and if I wanted the quote that he had given, I would have to either call him (he did give his cell #) or drive to whatever location he was scheduled to work. Why can't they all see and do the same things? We have been customers of Verizon for 31 years (way back when it was Air Touch) but were slated to be charged an activation fee for service. Original guy said that we would need to call when the first bill arrived, to have that fee waived since we have been such loyal customers. We have now called 4 times, the fee has yet to be waived, the iPhone credit has not been applied--they keep telling us that it is pending receipt, which makes me feel that the grunter guy was not doing his job. I did drive to a location where original guy was working, but again, we were told to call when the bill arrives to straighten it all out. We would have been better off doing the upgrade online and avoiding the customer 'service' agent that has caused some grand issues. Unacceptable.

I had two amazing sales people help me one was angel F and Michelle the manager at the Verizon store. They were so amazing. They stayed after hours to help me set up and I truly appreciate everything they did. I had an excellent experience dealing with them and I’m actually looking forward to Getting my new iPhone.
