I have been with Verizon for 3 years and I am very disappointed and insulted today, because of what I had in this store. I had a very bad experience and bad service, lack of communication especially all the workers because they did not want to serve me because they did not have good English ( Rasism and discrimination) I will never return to the store 👎🏻

Hi, I can not say enough great things about this Verizon store & Nick G. I went to the Corporate store and they were not helpful- as a matter of fact when I left there I could not send a text. So, I had to come to a Victra store for help. Please do something to give Nick G. & his partner associate a gift card or raise. This has happened more than 5 times... LW a 20-year Vetizon customer.

Very bad service by Erit and Nick, they made me cancel the order I had online to give me the same offer and in the end it was a lie and a deception on their part, I do not recommend this fake store.

Came to have our daughters phone fixed after overheating while on the beach. Nick G was AMAZING, he did everything possible to get our daughter a new phone before our 16 hour drive back home. Wonderful customer services, highly highly recommend!!

Nick was so kind and patient with not only me but others. I came in while he was helping an older couple and I wish I had him with me all the time to help my grandma. I have never met a more patient and kind person. I will be recommending everyone I know to him.

Great customer service here, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I don’t know anything about phones, packages it was nice to be guided patiently through my options! I highly recommend this location!!!
