I walk into the store. There’s only two associates that I see a JoeVon behind the register with a beard and a lady that was stuck to the shelf as I was walking around and I got a few items and such and I noticed she was following me as if she thought maybe I might’ve been stealing and I asked her about the frames that stays had any more frames anything bigger than 8 x 12 and before I even finish my sentence before I even said 8 x 12 she said no so she was answering my question before she even knew what the question was then I get it to register And I’ve been rung up. I have a five dollar Walgreens coupon and I said oh I’m sorry I have a coupon and he replies it’s too late. I already rang you up and I said so there’s nothing you can do he said no and I am sitting in the parking lot right now contemplating I’m just going in there and getting a refund for the items that I did purchase never shop in here again. This Walgreens is horrible. These people need to be approached better customer service I should be able to use my coupon. Very simple refund re-ring it up very easy. I love you dad there’s no customers in the store so it’s not like there was a line behind me. There was literally those two associates and meet at the store that’s it. waited for 40 minutes to get 3 pictures and they told me their computer didn't work. was late to class because of that it was incredible how no one could tell me that while i was ordering the pictures or when i was waiting for it

Not sure if this location is just low on supplies of the Pfizer vaccine (august 5th, 2023) but my mother, who is immunocompromised was denied a booster yesterday, and her last vaccine was October 2022. A second bivalent booster can be given to people with her age/health 4 months after the first booster. It's been double that since her last shot so try checking CDC guidelines before denying a patient a vaccine that could save their life!!

There is a problem at this pharmacy and I don't know if its management or staff. I have had more screw ups with my medicines at this location. The final straw was when I was told if I'm the only one needing a certain medication at this location...the medicine will be sent to a store that has more patients taking it and then I have to drive 30 to 45 minutes to pick mine up. I am finally moving all my medicines out of Walgreens! I AM DONE!
