Tried to mail a package through the FedEx kiosk at this Walgreen’s. Employee who was a service “lead” couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone and was entirely unhelpful.

Passport photos are completely useless for online passport renewal. Don't waste your time and money at Walgreens for passport photos if you're renewing online, as they will be rejected by the government passport renewal online. Contrary to Walgreens site, their photos are non-compliant with the requirements for online renewal.

Pharmacist notify me a drug is ready to pick up. I go to pick it up and they don’t have it ready although they sent me a notice saying it is ready to pick up. I am ready to switch to CVS to see if there are any better and they are always understaffed at the pharmacy area Very aggravating

This is by far the slowest Walgreens pharmacy of all time, just go somewhere else unless you wanna wait an hour in the drive thru. (Oh well just go inside youre lazy) well guess what also have a line of minimum 3-4 people in there too! They suck, the one pharmacist there too is super rude didnt even speak one word to me. I was super nice to him the entire time too! Please save yourself your time go somewhere else.. anywhere else

If I could go without giving them a star I would. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Pharmacy got my prescription wrong 3 times took over a week to fill. The pharmacist was so unprofessional and rude.

Horrible experience here. They obtained the last refill for my daughter’s important medication and could not fill it therefore I must contact our Dr. Service was horrible , rude, unapologetic, defensive and uncaring. No accountability for their actions was offered. Left me
on hold till the system hung up on me three times until I gave up

The worst pharmacy have never had so many problems with getting my perscription. Trying to tell me the dr I just got off the phone with called and canceled the perscription. Call the Dr back and he has no idea what they were even talking about he never called to canceled.

They should change their name to 7-11, because they NEVER have medication. Heck, they barely have anything. Worst Walgreens’s in Bradenton & Sarasota. Yesterday they didn’t even have a pharmacist on staff.
Is Walgreens in bankruptcy or something??

Extremely disappointed with how manager Sarah handles herself. I was talking to another associate about Halloween clearance being marked down 90% in another store and how a manager there told me that it had been released yesterday morning and manager. Sarah interrupted with attitude and was like well this is our sale and this is how much it is and I said OK and she proceeded to tell me that my attitude was unnecessary I wasn’t even talking to her and all I did was ask a simple question. I hope that higher up see this and handle. The situation properly because as a manager, that is extremely inappropriate

If I could give 0 stars I would this pharmacy is a joke the people are rude and take over a week to order your medication and then laugh and say it ain't there problem will never do buisness with this walgreens again stay far away from this one

This location deserves to be shut down the pharmacy always extremely difficult to connect with and get your orders filled. And now most recently when in a location that was hit by the hurricane over a WEEK ago now they have no one at the pharmacy to fill orders or get their medications. During times like this people not having access to their medications is a huge problem especially in a area filled with older residents that rely on that access. Not only can you not get your medicines there is no one there to transfer their RX to other locations so they can get them. No one is there at all to facilitate any kind assistance it is absolutely ridiculous and should never happen and to top it all off having someone up front of the store mocking people who are upset about it just shows whoever is running this location just doesn't care. Should be no Suprise Walgreens is shutting down locations left and right due to stores just like this one.
