Terrible service at the pharmacy, I would not recommend it to anyone. It turns out that my husband has a sciatic nerve crisis and from the Walmart Pharmacy I asked for the medications to be transferred to this Walgreens pharmacy. First they told me that the process took 24 to 48 hours. After this time I called to find out the status of the transfer and they told me that Walmart had not yet sent all the documentation. more, and to all of these they tell me that at the moment they cannot prepare the entire order, to which I said ok, they can give me the most urgent ones and then they send me a message when the others are there, all this happened Thursday 03/13/2025 today is Sunday 03/16 and the rest of the medicine does not appear yet. This is the worst service we have received in pharmacies.

The pharmacy assistant is totally apathetic about people's needs. You are bothered by situations that require a little diligence; it must be the lack of knowledge that does not allow you to discern between what is urgent and what is not. Disastrous to say the least

2nd Walgreens I have ordered pictures from and when i showed up to pick up my order they werenât prepared. No one knew how to print the photo or assemble the picture frames. Employees didnât seem eager to help either and wanted to pass the situation onto a manager who wouldnât be there âfor a couple daysâ. No problem solving.

Sent my husband there to pick up some stuff, because I was sick and sent him with pictures of what I wanted and told him to ask staff to help him locate the items and the staff was rude and said they could not recommend anything. He wasn't asking for recommendations, he was asking to locate items! Been going to this Walgreens for over 10 years and never been so disappointed. If this has something to do with the stike, guess what we are all hurting right now and this behavior towards your customers is unacceptable!! Dont hurt the people paying your bills!!Sending all perscriptions somewhere else now!!

Very polite, Treat you with resperiod. Easy going. Always keep you informed when it's time for you to pick up your medicine, Or anything you might need, If you have insurance that helps you pay for things that you need and cannot afford. I had a very pleasant encounter.With the pharmacist. Never never gave me no hassle., Babe very professional. Since when dixie is closing for the fact that oldies has bottled outhey will no longer pharmacy, I would suggest Walgreens. It's just for the respect.And how easy? It was a pleasant visit, I would give it five stars..
