Friendly enough staff, but the thing that drives me nuts is how they lock the doors early. And I don’t mean locking just one door or locking up at 10:59. If you’re open until 11pm, stay open until
11pm. If I walk up to the doors at 10:35 you should be open. And if this was a rare occasion, an emergency, a power outage…I’d understand that. But at least three times in the last two months they’ve closed well before the posted closing time. And that’s the times I’ve personally seen. I imagine it’s happening other times too. Now if it’s late, I’ll go to Publix or Walmart before they close. I can’t risk this store not being a late night option

Terrible communication from pharmacy. Plus slow. I put a prescription order in & it’s sometimes not filled a week later. I’ve had my prescriptions expire in that time & it starts the process all over. The last time they told me to contact my doctor about getting a new prescription after they sat on it for over a week! Go somewhere else!

I sent some photos online and according to the employee they didn't have 4x4 paper, I placed the order again today and now it turns out they don't have 4x6 either, the problem isn't the paper, the problem is that they don't notify the customer so that one can look for alternatives, I definitely won't fly anymore

The pharmacy never answers the phone in a reasonable time. Its taken over 25 minutes on several occasions to get someone to answer. When they finally answer they sound clearly agitated, rushed and extremely rude. Very unprofessional do not recommend.

A weekly basis go to shop store and pharmacy. All the staff is very helpful and efficient. Love curbside ordering. Great experience every time.

Absolute worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I've had a few issues but....The Pharmacist working 1/16/24 in the evening was an absolute arrogant a- hole . Will never step foot in that place even for non pharmaceutical stuff even if my life depended on it. She's a little cute oriental girl......but what a complete A HOLE. I'll never be back in that place again.

This place is horrible. Every time I go there, it's always something. My Rx that is very expensive a house payment (no co-pay for me) they jerk me around. Make me wait an entire week to get the med because they can't figure it out. They try to give me 1/2 of my rx for the entire month. My medication comes already in a box. They have one ready but tell me to come back in a 1/2 an hour because they don't have a label printed to put on the other box. How hard can it possibly be? Don't even get me started on the customer sercice.

I love this location!!! They are always so nice to me! I had Matt today and he seriously was the greatest and so kind with me at the register, I was having trouble and he helped me until I was good. Thank you Matt for being so nice and professional :) he is a great asset!!!!
