The worst Walgreens I went to. They took a wrong photo shoot for the passport which was rejected by the post office. Went to get another correct pic and the lady there was very rude and disrespectful. I regretted going there to do any business, never again for any reason, not recommended

Been over charging me for prescriptions.
I finally got suspicious and called my insurance company they said they have no claims from walgreens since March.
Called Walgreens and was told they don't have an insurance card for me so they have been using good RX for my prescriptions I don't have good RX. When I pushed the issue suddenly they found my insurance card in the file. Picked up many prescriptions since March but they only refunding me for today's. Looking for a new pharmacy.

Mark & Mikayla, Kudos to both for exceptional Customer Service. Hanna, however, I've encountered more than once and is extremely rude.
48yrs within the Customer Service Industry. It's disturbing at times to be forced to deal with someone blatantly displaying this behavior. Not only towards myself but to other customers as well.

The cashier working at 7:25pm on 4/19 had a problem with the items I placed on the counter. It was a vicks vapoinhaler and a package of caramels. She held her arms out and grunted. When I asked her what was wrong she said she needed them placed in the center of the counter so she could reach them with her arms still awkwardly extended... So I moved them 3" closer to her, in the middle. She then proceeded to scan and bag them without a problem. Even handed me my bag when I went to leave, which was in fact, way past the center of the counter.... her demeanor was uncalled for. She was also in a disagreement with a family that was in line before me over rewards points. She seemed to cause a bunch of nonsense for no reason at all

My experience with the pharmacy was outstanding!! Eliza noticed she could help me to get a better price on my prescription and worked with me and my doctor to do so. They were also able to fill the new script immediately. I greatly appreciate Eliza going the extra step to truly care for the customer. Thanks for your help!

Becareful with the same day order, this store is shady, they charged me for the order that i dont pick up yet so i called the store to ask why i got charged and receipt was issued when i dont pick up yet? And the store manager refused to take care of this, he transffered me to someone else instead, that "somone" asked for my name and after checking, he even confirmed that my order IS STILL IN STORE and i asked him why did i get charged and the receipt was already issue? He started to raise his voice and told me "I dont know", and then he asked me "do you wanna cancel the order?" I was wondering how could they cancel my order when they already marked in the system as “picked up" because the receipt was already issued and wondering if i could still get the refund back in this case?” He even raised his voice louder and told me "i dont know your bank" (?) i could totally understand if they were professional enough to let me know that they mistaken charge me (if that a case) or any explanations but no, no explanation, No responsibility, just yelled and treated a customer like trash when its totally not my fault! I had to call Walgreens customer service for a refund! And This is not the first time i had such a bad experience with this store, their Pharmacy technician (the guy with beard) was very rude and racist and unprofessional too!

Last time I was here, I bought an electric toothbrush. The lady Cathy working here has awesome customer service skills. She has a lovely personality and down to earth presence.

The pharmacy has probably the rudest people I have ever met out of all of the Walgreens I go to. I was the only one there at the time and all I had was a question about a medication the doctor told me to get. The women told me to go to the other lady for help. I stepped over and I asked the other woman the question, I asked for a certain medication my doctor instructed me to ask for and it’s only behind the counter. I point at it and I ask is that it? She says “I guess”, she puts it on the counter where the First Lady is. She looks at me, rolls her eyes and sucks her teeth and says “give me your ID”. At this point I just walk away. She had an attitude the ENTIRE time and all I had was a question. Won’t be returning.

There's a wonderful woman at your store and upper manatee River Road. She runs the cosmetic and her name is Kathy Cathy. She not only knows her products but she gives such attentative yes to her customers. She knows them by name and what they like. You have a 100% beautiful employee out of her goddess.

Had an inhaler prescribed early greater than 24 hours and these people can't get this basic script filled I was given a song and dance that it hasn't been unpacked yet while 4 people were standing around the pharmacy just talking I'm giving one star because I can't give any less

Pick up RX through drive through. Cost was higher than I expected but Alfonso told me it was a 90 day supply. Got home and it was a 30 day supply. Called and asked to return it and was told No. You would think they would stand by errors made by their employees. Done with Walgreens

The cashier was a lovely girl, however her shift lead a mask wearing psycho who clearly has some form of OCD, proceeded to criticize me for putting the basket on the counter stating That’s where they put their food. As far as I’m concerned, it’s their responsibility to wipe off the counter seeing how they are they are the ones that provide the mini shopping carts that wheels on the floor it looks like a carrying basket just with wheels and a handle. nobody’s in the mood for a rude person with a condescending tone for something that is clearly common sense. They offer the shopping baskets, it’s their job, just like the grocery store to wipe down their belt to wipe off their counter. just another note in regards to the food. Since when does Walgreens sell food that’s not packaged in boxes or plastic oh that’s right they don’t..I was at the store on October 17, 2023 at approximately 5pm

Omg. This guy has been so amazing. I am sitting here waiting my turn and the older lady is having some trouble. She can't remember the last 4 digits of her phone number and he is doing his best to assist her. Watching him explain to her how to use her card to pay for her items almost restored my faith in humanity. It was a really sweet exchange.
