I want to give a shout out to Charles whom was stocking water today. He saw the amount of water I was buying and offered assistance with convenient cases vs single gallon jugs. Thank you so much Charles. So much easier and now I don't have to clear the shelves, saving your back. Catch you the next time, my friend. And again thank you. God bless.

Beware of appalling customer service and lack of quality product at Walmart Vision Department. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere! I purchased prescription sunglasses at the Bradenton store for $349.00. Less than 3 years later, the lenses had completely deteriorated. During the buying cycle, I had accepted Walmart staff's recommendation for these specific lenses, backed up with their claim that these represented the highest quality available, (from industry leader Nikon) including polarized, progressive, anti-static, anti-glare. Moreover, because of the high cost ($349), I followed all the best practices for care; That is, always in their case when unused, only quality eye-glass cleaner with proper wiping cloth, no swimming, etc. YET despite the recommended care, they deteriorated. My in-store experience trying to resolve this was terribly disappointing as well. Specifically, the Walmart associate in the Vision Department dismissively and unapologetically blamed me for the very evident lens deterioration. All nonesense. I consulted two 2 opticians for a remedy. Each told me that they had never seen such thorough deterioration and that the lenses must have been defective. One also questioned whether the lenses were truly Nikon, since they lacked the usual "Nikon" engraving on the lens, as done by credible labs). In fact the Walmart vision staff validated that the Nikon logo would be small, but evident. Walmart has ignored my repeated requests for an explanation, hence my warning to any potential customers. Do yourself a big favour and avoid Walmart Vision. Go elsewhere!

We signed our mom up for the Walmart membership to save on grocery deliveries and gas prices. We attempted to get gas and BEWARE: gas discounts are only accessible if you have a smart phone and can access the Walmart app. You have to get deep in the website or app information to know that. It should be stated upfront and on signage at their stations.

Wow. That was awful. I feel bad for the employees and customers that come in here. Online order pickup is a show. It doesn't matter if I'm saving 80% on an item, I would rather buy it elsewhere. So many things to note but I'm done wasting time on Walmart.

I have unfortunately encountered very rude and ill mannered employees and services. I was not treated with an ounce of kindness or respect as soon as I walked through those doors. I do NOT recommend going to this Walmart!!! And they certainly need to advise their geriatric employees because where is the respect for our generation!!!!!!

Had wait a bit for service. I got my pictures. They had smeared ink on the back but luckily my pictures had a dark back ground so you couldn't see it too bad from the front. Just need to check them before you leave the store.

Too bad I can't give them a minus! Did one hour printing and no one was there. When someone did come said they said they haven't had ink and would for days. Called manager and was told she had no control over ink or message telling you time to pick up photos. I gave it about a week, still no ink, my order was deleted AND told to go to Walgreens!!

Just ran to this location after work, grabbed everything I needed... I'm checking out and the self checks don't take Cash and they won't take cards either. The employee in charge of this area -instead of finding a way to help me pay- says she'll return the items to the shelves. Never in my life do I remember anyone being this useless!!!! What happened to customer service!!!? Aren't you paid to help people SPEND MONEY in here? What the HELL is wrong with this place!!!! I just left without any of the things I needed.... For this slight I think Walmart should be fined 10 million dollars for being useless.

I wish I could write less than a one star rating. Today I was at Walmart purchasing auto equipment such as oil and Brake fluid after a meandered around the aisles I looked for my girlfriend in the garden center once we went to check out and paid for our items three officers stopped us and accused us of looking suspicious and tell us as a warning and potentially they will arrest us if we are shoplifting I stated why would you think I was suspicious... My girlfriend offered to be pat down and search us they kept on threatening us if we raise our temper we will be arrested then we asked are we allowed to go and they reminded us that the store is known for arresting people who are shoplifting I just want to get the f*** out of the state Walmart supercenter ruined my vacation. PS the officer had some toxic masculinity hopefully he's not suffering from erectile dysfunction because I'm a straight shooter and anxiety and traumatized from a moment of duress

We spent 5 weeks visiting Bradenton and Walmart was our go-to grocery pickup spot. We found the selection to be very diverse, including gluten-free options and ethnic options that allowed for us to prepare meals that were catered to our needs. Walmart has done a great job of continuing to evolve the options and this location has taken full advantage of that. The pickup staff was polite and helpful and always began with a nice greeting and a fond farewell. Lastly, the prices we've come to expect were consistent here and when we stopped inside, the store was clean and maintained. We'll be back when we return in the fall!

I have little regard for Walmart generally, particularly because of how poorly employees are paid. I usually shop at Costco, etc. I was pleasantly surprised on two different occasions where in this store I stopped an employee to ask for assistance and both times they actually walked with me to different areas o help me find what I needed. And, there was no reluctance on their part. So, maybe some training is part of the equation.

My wife made a 20” x 30” poster as a Christmas gift at the Walmart photo lab on Cortez Road in Bradenton, FL. It was ready in an hour but unfortunately had been “re-sized.” The staff was apologetic and eager to make it right. A big shout out to Brendin and Heidi for their excellent customer service. Both deserve employee recognition.

Staff doesn't know where anything is at, yet, they pretend they do! Cashier didn't know how to override a price. The amount was charged 4 times and removed 3. I told her and she said I can't fix it ..... go to service desk. Items are not where they should be and they are happy to tell you for that reason there is no use doing a price check. Will not be back.

I go to this "Wally World" about twice a month. Been to better and worse W.W. in the past. Bottom line, it's good to go as a whole. Will be back in a while and the employees there always treat me good. Give them all a bonus and a 50% raise too!
