Ordered a Roast beef sandwich with extra meat and what I got was a thin peace of meat and tons of lettuce. Also completely dry with none of my dressings ask for. To complete this transaction, the 2 girls behind the counter making the sandwiches, were rude to everyone and talking all about there private lives very loudly and cursing and laughing and not paying attention to customers at all. Disgusting to say the least. Step up your employees and business. 🤮

Their smoothies, frozen drinks are horrible. They don't use enough ice when blending. Resulting in just a cold drink and not frozen smoothie. Very unsatisfied. Find another WaWa location for a smoothie.

Ya'll make the literal best hot chocolate, it tastes so rich, i recommend the cocoa cream ya'll. Whoever is making the hot chocolate at the cortez one SUCKS! Its watered down every damn time.

I come to this Wawa often. One of my favorite people I enjoy seeing is Susan. She not only greets people with a smile, she's also my hero because she served our great country.
If you see her, please take the time to thank her for serving our country.
They also have a variety to chose from.

The nighttime staff very nasty, if you must go there only during the daytime! They were extremely rude, so I left and called there, asked for a manager. Female gets on the phone is very rude i ask for her name twice and the second time she hung up on me!!!! Told them I won't be back at night, guess my couple hundred a week spent in their store isn't enough to keep me a a customer. Yes I usually go there and buy gas and two cartoons of cigarettes a week.

I ordered fries with cheese dipping sauce but I didn't get it. Went back in to get it and the lady behind the counter insisted the sauce was to be on the fries not on the side. I told her the computer said on the side. She said her side didn't show that. I got the sauce and as I was leaving I heard her under her breath say it wasn't like that. I explained that I had ordered it that way and she cut me off and told me to watch my tone. This is not the first time I have seen her react this way.
