I made an appointment for a battery replacement on my phone. On time, Nathan replaced the battery and ran a full diagnostic in less time than estimated. He is polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

My car key fob got crushed, literally crushed. I went to batteries plus and Kris saved the day. Very friendly guy, somehow put my old key back together and was able to use it to program a new one, at a price of just about half of what the Honda dealership quoted me over the phone. He said it would take thirty minutes, but got it done in like 15-20. Needless to say, my broke ass was satisfied and I will go here again, if ever needed.

I had a fantastic experience at Batteries Plus! My car battery was tricky to install since it was located under the seat, but Charlie and his team handled it with ease. They had the special tools needed and made sure everything was working properly and set up correctly. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right were top-notch. Plus, the prices were great! Highly recommend their service.
