I’ve been banking here since it was Southeast. It’s gone through many name changes and I’ve stuck with them. They have high fees. They’re not very helpful with overdrafts. They used to process debits before credits so you could bounce checks even on the same day that you made a deposit I’m not sure if they corrected that or not but my latest experience was I went to get a notary. The notary wouldn’t let me fill out one line on the page in the bank made me return to my home when I got back the bank was closed. I returned the next day and I was told by one of the new young tellers that there was no notary on the premises and two seconds later the notary walked around the corner from the drive-through Area. I asked her could you take a few minutes and just quickly notarize my form for me and she with a scale on her face said absolutely not. I’m going to lunch. You’ll have to come back so needless to say I did not return and went to another local establishment to have my form notarized and faxed and they were very helpful so even though the manager, James was extremely helpful in my time of exploitation where I got scammed out of quite a bit of money I was still very put off by the woman who sent me back-and-forth and never accomplished what I needed her to do so I don’t recommend them. I’m considering moving my funds to a different bank, and I think that she should be reprimanded and turn that frown upside down.

I never thought I’d open a Wells Fargo account—out of all banks—but my experience with Eli was absolutely fantastic! Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made the process seamless and enjoyable. I 10/10 recommend Eli to everyone looking for top-notch customer service! However, they do need more front tellers as the line is quite long for their customers so beware or use the ATMs.

A line on 20 people with 1 teller in the front 1 , 1 banker in her office doing nothing and 1 in drive up is not a way to run a busy business. They need at least 3 tellers in the front . I could hear people complaining. Terrible. As am still standing in line the teller left her window and no one person has been helped . Again more than 20 customers in line. Absurd !

This BANK IS UNRELIABLE ATM NEVER NEVER WORKS !!!! This BANK AND SERVICES SUCK AZZZ
Day after I made review they put me in negative of a Dispute we settled over a month ago they put it back on me because I made the complaint review yesterday and reversed the credit they gave me proof I’m going to my lawyer Are you guys being sued for something like this already

I was told that I could not book an appointment with a banker as they were all booked up. I was also told to go home and call the SF offices for ordering checks, when for 30+ years I had done it at this branch. The teller most definitely did not care to talk to someone over 50, and was decidedly racist, did not care to talk to me as I was not of her ethnic background. Was also told that they would issue only small print checks, when for 30+ years I have e used large print. Also, that they did not use the check company-I have proof that they have for 30+ years. The real insult was that this disgusting incident occurred on 7/23/24-my 74th birthday. The service at this branch is execra-ble, do yourself a favor-go to a different bank. Unless you en-joy being insulted!

I needed to open a Checking Account. They were short two people that day, but I had an appointment for the following day and was taken care of. She was very polite, nice and knowledgeable about the Services they offer and made it very easy for me to open a Checking Account.

Absolutely the worst banking corporation I’ve ever experienced in my entire life, I mean LITERALLY the worst thing to happen to mankind. I’ve hated EVERY experience I’ve ever had with these people and they seem to ONLY continuously GET WORSE! Everything there is to HATE about these people, I hate and THEN SOME! I filed a claim as I didn’t receive a service I paid for, these idiots refund me TWICE for the same transaction because they’re that incompetent, and truly I didn’t notice. The refund was in March, I get a letter in JUNE that they’re debuting the second refund from my account, I’m like how is that MY FAULT, how is YOUR MESS UP my fault?! I’m due ANY day now and won’t be working for a while for these idiots to tell me, we made a mistake and we’re charging you months later for it, our bad. JOKE of a banking institution

Horrible customer service. Never enough clerks.
Won't accept coins in a deposit on a business account without it being rolled. They have no way of counting change which us insane for a bank. Coin is legal tender. It's people being lazy and not wanting to do their job!!
