Made an appointment and they refused to honor the appointment time. The banker doing nothing said she was not familiar with the PoA paperwork so continued doing nothing.

Went to to wire money to close on a house. Obviously the whole point on a money wire is so it is done same day. Bank was unresponsive and never made the transfer to the title company. Horrible experience!! If you need something done do not use this branch!!!!

The manager at this branch with the blonde hair who doesn't wear a name tag needs to go. She is the main problem with this bank. I deposited a money order into my account and several days later she took it out for no reason and now my account is in the negative. And forget calling. She has the ringers on every phone turned off. I will be pursuing this further with my attorney, but my warning is DO NOT bank at this branch as long as she's managing.

I have used this branch for over 10 years. I find them to be helpful and friendly and always do a good job for me and my family. James and Sharon have done a great job helping me with mulitple transactions.

My husband and I came in this morning and once seated with the banker attempted to explain my question and its context. She interrupted me at least 3 times before I had to ask, "can I finish my question please?" And I was interrupted again. When I attempted to clarify what I was requesting she got defensive and insinuated I was telling her how to do her job and that she's been here for however many years. Now insulted, I said "I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job, I'm trying to explain myself" since I STILL had hardly been able to complete a full sentence. The bank manager intervened and patronizingly apologized that they were unable to complete my request. Which was not even the problem! It was the constant interruptions and not being listened to. Disingenuous and poor service.

I’m so tired of having to come into the bank to have issues fixed. AND THEY DONT ACTUALLY GET FIXED. Also, as I’m waiting, they skip me in line, then tell me it’ll be at least a 40 minute wait before anyone can help me. 40 minutes! I don’t have that kind of time to waste on a matter that WAS ALREADY SUPPOSED TO BE RESOLVED.

Another fine job of inconvenience. This bank branch does a fine job of making sure you are inconvenienced because they have pride instead of what they stand for COURTESY. Stay away from this branch and their inconsistency.

2 bankers in house, no one answers phone call, then you get to the bank for a simple Notary service, when the first banker (James) had the time to come and talk to me he did, the second baker when she finished her client she didn't even come by, she just decided to take a 30 min break and let the clients waiting. I understand you need appointment but if you don't answer the phone calls at least do your best to accommodate the situation to your clients! That is called customer care ❤. Tuesday 12.22 at 1:30 pm. Thanks James for take care the situation and work hard.

I opened a checking/savings account 3 weeks ago, wanted the Ways to Save was NOT informed this program no longer existed, also stated I needed printed checks immediately and the were ordered 3 weeks after my account was opened! They have cut so much back from customers but continue to sponsor million dollar sporting events! Priorities are in the wrong place! Bye Felicia!

The ATM machine ate our card. Then the machine shut down. Friday afternoon. This particular machine likes to malfunction frequently. Often has no money for people needing cash for the weekend.

Not so good of an experience here. James wants to tell you what he wants and doesn’t want to listen to the customer. The customer is always right - if you don’t know this rule, you should never be in customer service
