A woman tells me that I can't order boxes of pennies and nikels because only that service is for business. and my question is why I can't change my money to whatever I want in the bank or I better change the bank that offers me that service

There were only 4 people online. Had to deposit a check into someone else's account. It took a half hour to get to the teller. Extremely under staffed pr they don't know what they are doing.

Women at the counter told em she couldn't help me with what I was asking for cause they don't do temporary cards anymore, she was not only rude but did not show any care for helping find options for my card not arriving after 3 weeks.... however I was able to find a customer service number on my own and Monica over the phone was absolutely kind and willing to help with all the patients in the world for how frustrating my circumstances are

Absolute worst bank I’ve been to. Ann moves the pace of a snail and is a absolute joy to deal with. Came in in a good mood both times I’ve been here left in a bad. Go to the Lockwood branch. Hope Ann is happy about wasting a good part of my day last visit.

?Lakewood Ranch Branch with Ann! Absolutely the BEST! Very professional and polite. If you need help, go to the Lakewood Ranch Branch and talk to Ann! ?I did not have to explain to her why I was removing my money like Juliet at Lockwood Ridge Branch wanted me to do!DO NOT GO TO LOCKWOOD RIDGE BRANCH ***I was humiliated at the branch at Lockwood Ridge and University Parkway, and escorted by the police because I wanted to remove my money and close the account. Juliet told me I couldn't close the account or remove my money (money was available and not pending) because the account was too new.

I realize everyone wants to leave on time but I pulled up to the drive thru at 4:58pm and someone immediately turned on the CLOSED sign. Real nice. Sometimes people need up until closing to get there.

I like to do everything online unless the transaction I need can't be done at the website. Today, I got into this branch around 3:45 and waited at the sitting area quietly. After 30 minutes of waiting, around 4:15 pm, someone at the counter yelled at us and told us they can't help us today as they will need to close at 5:00 pm. He suggested us to visit the website, which doesn't support what we need to do. I will try to avoid this branch in the future.

Was literally 3 min away at 4:59pm and called and asked them if they could please wait so I could get my check in. Traffic was crazy and holding me back and they refused to help me and just wait 2 min after closing time. I worked for a bank for 2 years and if a customer called we always would wait as long as it wasn’t 15 min passed. Extremely dissatisfied with this Bank!
